Technically functional
Rage inducing. Requires simultaneous Bluetooth connection to the laundry machines and WiFi/cellular, which is difficult to maintain in a basement laundry room. Any action you take triggers another slow Bluetooth scan for available machines. Eventually it works, but at what cost?

Technical Difficulties
The app works; however, there’s been a recent development over the last few months
After going on it a few times I have to delete and redownload it in order for the app to load.
I have the Wi-Fi on, or Cellular Data, my Bluetooth is always on, and the location is on so it can locate the machines. I also have the notifications on. I’m not sure why it does this.
It wasn’t like this before but one day it just started doing this and it’s been an issue ever since. It been about 2-3 month at this point (approximately). If I don’t have the “remember me” button on, I can’t even log in. It’ll just continue to load and never do anything. It doesn’t matter if you change locations/room that you’re in, it just wont cooperate.
I’m not sure if I’m the only one having this problem. I do know that it’s probably a bug and needs to be fixed.

Terrible app
You may as well just go to the bank to get your quarters for your laundry. The servers randomly go down, this is easily the worst app on my phone.
Awful app
This app is terrible. Doesn’t work half the time and I have to delete and reinstall. Adding money to the dryer works after 5 tries.
It’s very slow
Sometimes I have to uninstall it because it won’t work properly, and then I don’t know if it’s the washing machines or the app itself, it often refuses to start the laundry, no h2o error, but if I use quarters on the same machine, same load, the machine works. I have since deleted the app. It’s a pain in the neck. It needs some serious testing and fixing.

Slow communications

This app sucks.
This app doesn’t work half the time and it’s infuriating. Never load the machine first because you’ll likely be lugging everything back to your apartment because the damn app won’t open.
Let me set the dryer time
Why do I need to pay for 10 minutes of drying time at a time? Takes me ages to make individual transactions per quarter. Unusable.
Worst app ever
Half the time the app doesn’t load or has to be deleted and re downloaded.
App is really inconvenient
I’ve used the app for almost 4 years and it’s still super buggy since day one. It will kick me out of my account while I’m using the app and fail to load so much I have to delete and reinstall the app and reconfigure the settings to be able to get the app to work.
Worst app
If your a manager of a business or use this as a client I recommend to delete immediately worst app ever put on the App Store
This app sucks
First off the app can’t tell you if the machines are available unless you are standing directly in the laundry room. So that defeats the purpose. Then to dry your clothes you can’t put a set amount of time and they take the money. You have to do it 10mins at a time. Then when you go to add time it barely works. You have to try it several times before it actually “tops off” the machine. It is a pain sometimes to get quarters but it honestly is worth it. Save yourself some aggravation with this app that barely works

Needs work
This app needs a complete rework. Only thing they managed to get right is the payment system to collect their money
I often have to delete and reinstall the app because it gets stuck loading.
Theres a bug where I cant automatically put my email and pw im thats saved in my password manager. It makes me manually type it every time.
Overall its a very slow and poorly designed app. Please work on fixing it. AI is at an all time high, so theres no excuse to have a bad app.

Horrible user experience
This app requires me to delete the app and then redownload it almost every time I have to use the laundry. It crashes loading and then sits there
barely works
the app is the slowest thing, taking sometimes several minutes to locate the machines, and often shows machines as busy when they are available
Trash that doesn’t work
Doesn’t even start, I have to go to a laundromat because my building uses this garbage.
Works fine unless it’s not
Works as intended. Sometimes it’s a little wonky, but when they are the refunds are quick
Loading Problems
Consistently gets stuck on loading screen, forcing me to uninstall and reinstall app to do my laundry.
App issues
App always takes forever to load and never alerts me when laundry is done. Tons of bugs and not many fixes- makes the process a lot slower and more tedious than it needs to be
Terrible app
App only lets people add in $10 dollar minimum. Terrible if your apartment only allows payments of, say, $1.50 or 2.25. Extremely slow and cumbersome app too.
