Nightmare app
This application to do laundry is a nightmare. It used to work fine, but now I keep having to download it and download it and download it to get it to work and it’s just a nightmare.

Where should I even start? This app is garbage
Every single time I need it, it has some kind of issue. It seems to have a mind of its own when it decides to stop working. And of course, it always happens when I’m in a rush, trying to get my laundry done quickly before going to work.
When the iPhone app stopped working, I even tried the Android version. It worked in a pinch, then froze too.
For an app that people literally need just to operate a washing machine, this level of unreliability is ridiculous. I shouldn’t have to troubleshoot an app every time I want to do laundry. Fix this.

Technical difficulties & bugs
Can we please improve the app? No point in using it when it always freezes and needs to be redownloaded to use. I have to do this for every 2 weeks and I am fed up of this.

Terrible app, no support, no resolution
Contacting support is terrible, there’s no direct way. Locks you out and doesn’t let you login, every step takes two minutes. Coin laundry would have been easier

Just like a broken coin op, they steal your money and the app crashes constantly. My apartment complex switched apps because this one is so terrible I’m guessing and even though there’s an option for a refund in the app they refuse to refund my balance.
App unreliable
The app is unreliable. I often have to keep trying two or three times, and I could never tell what’s going to work and what’s not. I have to keep quarters as a back up. I’ve complained about the app before nothing changes. I’ve tried it on both iPhone and android. It’s more reliable on iPhone, but the iPhone app is also unreliable.

Terrible refund policy
Does not refund after charging a machine that is out of order. Submitting a ticket gets no response or credit to your account

It doesn't work. It doesn't even open at all. ALSO, when it does work you can only put in $10 at a time, so you are likely to eventually leave money in the app unused. It would be too intuitive to simply use however much money I need to do my laundry. No, that would be too simple. This app need $10 taken to function. What a joke scam app

Why do I need to pay for 10 minutes of drying time per transaction? Takes me ages to make individual transactions per quarter. Unusable. Let me set how many minutes I want and do it in one transaction

These are the worst machines ever it takes so long for it’s a connect to the Bluetooth. This is overall -100 out of 10.

App sucks machines suck! App won’t connect to machines half the time so you just put money on there for no reason and you can’t just use qtrs cause the compartment is full and they never come get the qtrs. Horrible

The washers never work and I never get a refund when I request support.
Technically functional
Rage inducing. Requires simultaneous Bluetooth connection to the laundry machines and WiFi/cellular, which is difficult to maintain in a basement laundry room. Any action you take triggers another slow Bluetooth scan for available machines. Eventually it works, but at what cost?

I have the Wi-Fi on, or Cellular Data, my Bluetooth is always on, and the location is on so it can locate the machines. I also have the notifications on. I’m not sure why it does this.
It wasn’t like this before but one day it just started doing this and it’s been an issue ever since. It been about 2-3 month at this point (approximately). If I don’t have the “remember me” button on, I can’t even log in. It’ll just continue to load and never do anything. It doesn’t matter if you change locations/room that you’re in, it just wont cooperate.
I’m not sure if I’m the only one having this problem. I do know that it’s probably a bug and needs to be fixed.
