I’ve never knowingly used Copilot, but I imagine that by the way it continues to make its presence known, it must be of high value.
Game Changer
M365 Copilot and Copilot in general has been a game changer for me. From Estate planning, legal matters, nutrition, healthcare, and fun things like researching golf clubs. It’s the first place I go when I need information. Don’t walk to AI, run to it!

What else can 2026’s LLM/generative insult to the term “artificial intelligence” be called? It steals copyrighted works to power the criminal organizations that sell it. It hallucinates lies, and gets people killed. Maybe a better term is “artificial incompetence”.

Lacking basic functionality and integration
I use M365 Copilot as part of my work. It has repeatedly been unable to complete simple tasks like checking meeting participant availability, booking meetings, adjusting meetings (date/time and participants). I suspect it has to do with the companies access but it has been a very frustrating experience. I have had good results with its research agent which works well

Over complicated, not user friendly
Color me impressed!
I am quite the relic from a world long ago. I often recall a time in “the office” long before the advent of spreadsheets or even PCs, for that matter. I hail from an era of graphite and grid paper. When we burned the midnight oil to forge the future from the data we so painstakingly collected from our carefully contrived experiments. Indeed, we did grope in the shadows for the answers that light a path to this moment. Our quest was noble. Our motives were mostly pure. Our tools and thus our methods, by today’s standards, were painfully primitive. Yet here we are! It is quite astonishing to see how far we have come in the stream of time. Copilot, like its creator(s) is not without flaw or its detractors. However, like its creator(s) it appears limitless in its potential to learn, to grow and collaborate in the pursuit of the betterment of all. It is proving to be quite a competent facilitator of the ambitions of man. I look forward to many collaborations with my new friend. Perhaps, we can do some good together while I yet dwell upon the surface of the Earth 🤔
