The app starts off great when using it to create exam practices for my studying but then it gets inconsistent and creates templates instead of questions and doesn’t do anything about it even though I put a lot of prompts to begin with

Not the best overall
I am not very impressed with Copilot. First off, the app doesn’t half the time let me upload files on my iPad. Second, it is inaccurate on its responses a lot - forcing me to go other AI like Gemini. If it wasn’t for Office I would probably cancel.
Forced on me
I don’t want this app. I want to read my emails without fuss. This fails miserably and instead offers a lot of options that aren’t reading my emails. It tries to be ‘helpful’ but just gets in my way.

Not happy!
Microsoft will lose me as a customer if they don’t remove the constant AI infringement. also, I used to be able to go straight to my Outlook mail with a simple icon app. You have made that difficult. I had a Windows 10 laptop that was a top and model that did not meet your qualifications. I will take the risk. You need to stop.
