Annoying pop ups
When one of the many account gets logged out, the app will give you a pop up at the bottom of the screen. However, it pops up when typing an email and won’t let you see what you’re typing when it does. There’s no easy way to make it go away. It keeps popping back, making it cumbersome to write your emails. They need to add an X to the box and let people type. In other words, show it once and stop showing it over and over again on without ceasing. A notification would suffice. No need for a box that inhibits work on other email accounts. As-is, this “feature” is anti-productive.

Outlook on an iPhone
The only issue I have with Outlook on my iPhone is that when there is an email chain new emails keep adding to the original message and it is difficult to go back to an old message in the chain to find an attachment or to respond separately to an older message. On a computer you can go to each email in the chain and find it on the date and time it was sent or received

Worst Mobile E-mail App
It is ridiculous that nearly every email notification I get from Outlook disappears when I click on it. If you can’t do the bare minimum of showing me emails, how can you be trusted to do literally anything else?
Not as good as it used to be
I’m not sure why things have to get harder to find. Emails I know are in my inbox are hidden when I scroll through to find it. The ability to find attachments seems more difficult than ever. My company hasn’t integrated Copilot the way a previous employer had. Maybe that’s the challenge. It’s been optimized to utilize AI vs our own eyes.

If you are happy to put up with ads and an increase in your junk mail then this is the mail app for you - apart from that it’s okay but it’s not for me

Broken copy and paste
Everytime i copy and paste i cant just get the text even if i go 'share' then copy.
Its so annoying when copying client details from an email to a calendar event.....
Manually scribing everything in 2026. No wonder everyone is turning to AI.
I run ios lockdown mode so not sure if thats why its broken.
