Great app
Microsoft Outlook is a great email/calendar combo, perfect for work, organizing tasks, or for home and personal use. After using Microsoft Outlook and the Microsoft Suite, I find it difficult to find anything that is as user friendly or highly functional. I highly recommend using Microsoft emails over any other type.

I believe my emails are getting leaked somehow and I think the security for this app need to be upgraded to ensure the information gets shared securely instead of getting random emails

Keeps logging me out
Enjoying the app, wonderful email platform. Only problem is that it keeps logging me out of my email literally once a day, so I have to keep logging in. I’ve contacted my school and they don’t know what to do- they’ve reset my login, I’ve cleared my cache, etc., and it’s gotta be an Outlook issue at this point. Otherwise, wonderful app and wonderful email service. It’s my only complaint. Just a nuisance to log in again each day and not get notifications because I’m logged out every day.

I love the functionality of the app, I just think the desktop layout can be a bit cantankerous with viewing messages and scrolling.

Great Email Client
Been using Outlook for desktop since 1997. It’s always been a great product. Its mobile counterparty is a stable, feature rich application that works.
Organised and well managed ads
Microsoft Outlook automatically segregates non-important emails without the need to spend hours deleting these less important emails that occupy space. I spent hours deleting unimportant emails from my Gmail account which I usually preferred over Microsoft Outlook account. Hence, I now use my Hotmail account as my main account over my personal Gmail account.

Outlook is trash
I lost my phone in a creek, and I logged into my email from my new phone with the same number. Outlook loaded 2/3 of my emails. The one I really need they will not let me in. Says it doesn’t exits. I’ve been using it for years. There is zero help to get my email back. No phone to call. No chat help. Microsoft are the least user friendly company. Next stop is the BBB
