Great product far better than Gmail
Outlook is amazing - it’s just so easy to use and it’s very well organised. I used Gmail for a while and was constantly lost in all the emails I had. Outlook lets you easily navigate long email threads, for me that’s its super power.

Good God, Microsoft, Outlook sucks!
Bill Gates should’ve spent less time screwing around with the Epstein files and spent time D bugging Outlook. This product has gotten worse overtime and I can’t believe that it’s gonna be an existence in 25 years.
What other choice do I have
Microsoft has a monopoly. All my business accounts are web based but the only apps where I can centralize them are Microsoft. So yes I must bow down to my tech overlord to get money. Thank you please don’t bkacklist me.

Edit option to be added!
If there is an edit option specifically on spelling errors, within a certain period, will be good.

Worst Email service
I don’t know why outlook receives as a high of a rating as it does, and I really question the legitimacy of most of the reviews. But Microsoft’s email server is the most restrictive of all available in the market. I don’t know if it’s because they develop a really lousy model for their spam detection, but their system rejects the most important emails I’m supposed to receive (i.e. emails from doctors, job interview emails, etc.) They don’t even go to my Junk folder. They just get completely rejected. I never have this kind of issue with Gmail.

Can’t set rules on the app
One of the main reasons why I got outlook was that I was frustrated by how Gmail sorted emails. I really liked how much customization and control I had with my work email back in my office days. Rules- well they rule. It not being an option on my phone sucks. I DO want all the ads and promotions, but I DON’T want them in my inbox. Like ever. I want them sent to my perfect little folder that deletes after 30 days. I’m seldom on a computer these days to assign more rules anymore. I sometimes I regret switching from Gmail.
