Where is the symptom log?

I downloaded the app today and I have found a hot flash log, which doesn’t not include an option for sleep as a trigger. So it looks like I have a bunch of hot flashes that are caused by other. This will make it very difficult to tell which ones are occurring at night. Especially when you try to look at the week or month view. It is a graph not a calendar. Also…Where are the other symptoms in the advertised symptom log? I do not always have a hot flash when I am having brain fog. For almost $80/year, I am not sure how I am supposed to know what support options I should use if I can’t figure out what is trending for my biological change in life. I am going to request deletion of my information and cancellation so I am not charged. My insurance provides links for medical providers. Perry app provides a place to have a community for women also navigating the biological changes. Calm app provides the meditation options. Betterhelp provides an app based behavioral health option. These combined are less costly than this app.

Exactly the Resource I Needed!

Midday! I learned about this app when I needed it most, just on the edge of despair because I wasn’t able to get my local medical professionals to listen and help. Midday provided the information, the symptom tracking, and the support to become better educated and gather the info and data I needed to go to my doctors/NPs with a confident plan. It’s frustrating that this type of resource is still needed for women, but this one-stop shop is a comforting, helpful gem for women in the peri- and post-menopause years!

Can’t read anything without an expensive subscription

Too bad there isn’t at least a portion of this app free for women to read resources on their menopausal suffering.
