I was picked up from Woolworths in Mildura it was raining quite heavily, I have my right arm in a sling from a shoulder replacement 3 weeks ago. The taxi driver didn’t bother to get out of the car just opened the boot, so I’m pushing the trolley over one handed in the rain lifting my groceries in the boot. Get to my house same thing popped the boot didn’t get out or bother to help at all.

The staff and company

The staff so Very helpful, reliable, happy always, and converse with you , have made my ride very pleasant and have directed me. the operator really went out to help me cause I didn’t know my address for pick up , as I’m not from here. So thank you Mildura taxi.

Arrived on time

I booked the day before for a pickup to the airport. I received a text to confirm the driver was not far away and he arrived on time

Better off calling

Pointless using this to prebook a taxi, can only see if a driver decides to take on job 10 mins before pick up time. Better off calling.
