App has stopped working from outside India
I have been using this app for the past 4 years daily ordering groceries for my super senior mother in Gurgaon. Recently it has stopped working outside India. I keep getting stuck at OTP screen after inputting my India number. It seems Milkbasket has decided to block IPs from outside India. Please get this resolved

Paneer
Paneer is not fresh when delivered. It is spoiling soon. Other than that delivery is good on time.
Small cart fees
They are charging users both subscription fees and small cart fees, even though they mentioned that users can order just one pouch of milk while subscribed. Additionally, they introduced small cart fees without any prior notice.
App not working
Since yesterday having logging in issues with your app. I am a daily user of the app and haven’t encountered issues until now. Have complained to customer service.
