Get with the times
Woeful. Items always out of stock, such limited selection. Honestly, why don’t you let users manually choose other stores? The store is automatically set to one that doesn’t have anything! How long does it take to update your inventory to actually match the store inventory?cant tell you the amount of times I’ve rolled my eyes not being able to get anything I want on the milkrun app. May as well just go to the store myself, honestly get with the times.

Worst delivery service I’ve used
Had a driver cancel on me when I was literally waiting outside a minute after he messaged me. I guess he left because I wasn’t outside the minute he arrived (about 10 minites before the estimated delivery time). I guess the drivers just dont care since they dont get rated. I’ve gone back to using uber since theyve never failed to deliver for me

Unable to place order
Payment failed due to name and address not match the bank card. I have double checked they are match. Unable to order anything through this APP
Live tracking
This is truly a great app but what puts me off every time is the horrible live tracking. You’ll never know how close your driver is because the car on the map will keep rotating in certain spots for a good 5 minutes…

If I could give no stars, I would. I had just created an account with them & they blocked me straight away. I wasn’t able to make my first order until 24hrs from making my attempt & then I went to make a second order and the same situation happened.
I used the customer service app MULTIPLE times to ask why? And what had happened? & MULTIPLE times they left me with no response for hours, even days. They never followed up even after my request, I really would not recommend this app!!
Customer service won’t help, once the APP itself blocks you, the team can’t do anything to help. It’s AI generated!

I use Milkrun all the time for groceries and booze. Always fast delivery and fairly priced. I hope they never stop. Jackie
Secretely charge extra for items
milk run now does the evil practice of secretely charging extra to customers for items. effectively making delivery cost AT LEAST $10.
Stock Inaccuracy
The stock on hand is never accurate, the amount of times I've ordered only to receive a small portion of my order is so annoying because why am I paying a delivery fee for 2 items, the communication is atrocious and the service is on the bottom. What's worse is the local Woolworths the order comes from is usually over stocked with the item they claim is out of stock. Bad for business

SCAMMERS
driver dropped order off at wrong house, claimed to have called me and handed it to me when I heard and received nothing and MILKRUN not interested in resolving issue - been on hold for half an hour. Guess this single mum is out $150 and my toddler will miss out. Not cool.
Notifications on IOS devices doesn’t work
Across the last few purchases on different devices, and app up to date, notifications no longer occur
A shambles
Not only did they screw up my order, miss items and only start packing a whole 90 minutes after I placed my order, they then routed my driver through multiple deliveries before delivering my food even later. Pure kiwi ingenuity!
Wrong Delivery Drop off
Almost $300 grocery order delivered to the wrong address. Spent over an hour locating it ourselves. Groceries were left outside in the rain, including over $50 of raw chicken that had been unrefrigerated for an unknown period. After contacting customer service, management’s final resolution was a $30 voucher. Disappointing outcome for what was a significant delivery error.

100% a way for delivery person to never show up or ring and no refunds. Do not use. AVOID. This app has no customer service.

I use my iPad for everything due to the larger screen but the app is designed for a ph so it’s useless on the iPad as it’s too small, it’s ph size not iPad size.
The website runs slow & easily gets overwhelmed when something needs to be changed like an address.
Delivery drivers only get part of the address, as in the street number but not the unit number, why?
I provide the entire address.
Can someone please explain why it costs so much more at Milkrun?
It’s run/owned by Woolworths, it comes from the nearest Woolworths store, it’s in Woolworths bags & picked by Woolworths staff yet everything costs more than buying directly from Woolworths.
How can Milkrun be out of stock of something that is in stock at my local store, the same store the items come from?

Hi - Joined MILKRUN as was unwell and noticed special offers for first time users. Have since used 4 times and have found the service to be amazing. App is great - items came to house fast. Had zero problems - in fact - I love it. Don’t understand the bad reviews for MILKRUN on other review sites. Highly recommend. :)

I have an older iPhone, and I can’t update app. When I go to MILKRUN either online or via my app I’m told “update now”. So I try to and it takes me to app which says “open”I click “open” and it returns to “update app”—- it’s an endless damn IT loop. Bewdy.
I presume my phone is too old, but I don’t want a new phone just yet as I’m on a low fixed income. Every other important app enables me to update. (“Built in obsolescence” ; the big capitalism con, making the uber-rich and their shareholders, even wealthier.)
I was a fairly regular customer and have recommended MILKRUN to friends who use it. on a low fixed income, but I am no longer welcome.

Great app and use it quite regularly.
I would love to see the Milk Run app utilise the iOS ‘Live Activities’ feature so that I can track my order without having to open the app.
