Love it!!

Love this app! I’ve tried several different Pilates apps, but I always come back to Mils. It’s the one that helps me stay the most consistent and motivated. My only wish is for more new content and videos to be added regularly!

Love this app!! Love the music! Love that I’m working out alone (but not alone)! I follow Amelia’s calendar and I feel great. I used to lift but lost my love for it and was stuck for the longest time because I wanted working out to be something I enjoyed and I just wasn’t sure what to do. Anyway, I’m finally enjoying my workouts again 🫶🏼 Can’t recommend enough!

I absolutely love mils method. her workouts are the best pilates workouts, way better than any in person class I’ve taken and especially better than any reformer workouts! I love how you can pick from her entire gallery and get to choose what you want to focus on everyday. and how all her workouts stay up so if you really love one you can do it however many times you want. I never do reviews but I love it so much, I had to! I can’t recommend her enough! ❤️❤️
