Poor customer service

Do not buy this app. After I paid for the first month, I tried out the app and realized it was garbage. That was back in May 2024, fast-forward I noticed a charge in November 2024 $53 and then another charge May 2025 of $53. I immediately contacted customer service and they emailed me having me to go through multiple steps to verify that I did use the app so I can cancel it. I sent a counter email, but no response then.

Canceling for months

October 2024 is when I first requested to cancel this service it is now April, almost May and I am STILL trying to get a resolution. DO NOT PAY FOR THIS SUBSCRIPTION

Scammers

Don't do it app is rubbish, also allows you to download and pay for the app, then when you cancel continues to take money from your account.
Then requests a screen shot to prove that you have it a go for seven consecutive days.
If you cancelled prior to 7 days of consecutive use they keep all the monthly payments you made. 4 months before I realised they were taking payments. Yet no login, app deleted and nothing in my subscriptions.

No trial period and poor customer service, app not up to par

I wasn’t able to trial the app so I purchased it for $30+ and was disappointed when I finally got inside. I asked to cancel immediately and was told to jump through a bunch of hoops for 7 days which no one has the time to do. Do not recommend. Try Elixir or LUMIere by the creators of the Fabulous app.
