Frustrating

Really frustrating. I hit reset password it text me a 4 digit number and gives me nowhere to enter it. Can’t log in can’t sign up again can’t recover password.

The app is buggy, use the website.

Also the 20% off first booking is misleading; it’s 20% off “up to £3” which it doesn’t say anywhere, unless you contact support… false advertising

Poor service

Used pre booking service. Flight landed at 6.35 and had requested to be picked up at 8. Driver only showed up at 9:15. When I called the operator they kept saying he is on his way - 20 mins.

Very disappointing. They confirm the booking , take money from account than call you to inform they wont come because its not worth it for them to drive to airport.
