I sent money to my account and I have gotten alerts and he didn’t reflect on my app balance please don’t use it app anymore

This bank has the worst customer service, how can a bank not have a working phone number? And they can wake up one day and withdraw your funds with no reason. It happened to me. If you want your peace, don’t trust them with your life savings

This bank is terrible to anyone reading this save yourself the headache don’t try to sign up customer service support is poor no number to call this bank took 67,000 of my money and the customer support stopped responding to my messages till date.. and to think anyone funds would be save here

Just like Banks with physical offices, Should you have transaction problems on the weekends, your problem may be rectified on a Monday.
