Worst money I spent getting married
This was a total ripoff and I'm not saying that because they only give you the forms. I'm saying that because they offer absolutely no support through the process. If you have a question they never bother to reply. If you call their number you'll actually get an error message. If you email them to say, hey your phone number isn't working, no one will ever call you or email you back. I paid for the premium service which is anything but premium.
The app is clunky and the instructions on it are vague and unclear. It's clear they don't care about you or your name change. Apparently they're just shooting fish in a barrel. There are a bunch of name change service comparably priced. There's no reason to use this one. I'm filing a complaint with the BBB. Total ripoff.

Package never arrived
I paid for their services in early Aug. Received an email Sept 9 that my package would ship on the next 3 days… never received the package, no one would answer the phone, emails, or IG messaging to inquire. Went completely dark after being paid and having access to my personal information
Huge Fan!
This service prepared for my visit to the Social Security and DPS offices! Everything was already filled out. The best part is that they give you a “what to bring” list with each category of your name change: ID, Social Security, Passport. I am so grateful. Don’t hesitate! Purchase the full service and save yourself dread and anxiety.

Please do not use this site or app
I can’t use the kit because there is no where to let them know to send the kit. I filled out everything, I did everything, I followed every instruction!
Wrong info
Fees were wrong and outdated. Only for used by mail was passport form.
Waste of money and time
After realizing the daunting task it was to change my wife’s name, we read all the great reviews online about how quick and easy MissNowMrs is. We thought it was a no brainer to pay the 99 dollar package to have all the paperwork taken care of. We were both excited to not have to stress about it. We downloaded their “App” and filled in what deemed necessary. Week after week went by while we checked the mailbox hoping to find something, only to be disappointed. Emails were sent to their “support” team to which only they responded weeks later by saying we needed to fill in information that was deemed optional on their so called App. They also said they needed our passport photo which the app would not allow us to upload. They said once we did all this they would mail everything in 3 days. Anyway, we promptly responded with our passport photos and have received nothing in the mail. Others email we have sent and received no response. And don’t waste your time trying to call them either. I personally feel like we’ve been scammed and am tired of their lack of response.

Scam!
This is a scam! I purchased my package weeks ago and have received nothing! When I call the number online it picks up and it’s a bunch of mumbling and breaking up. I will be reporting to my credit card company. Do not fall for this like I did!
Cross platform mishap
How do you not have a way to log in to the app when you’ve already created and paid for an account on desktop?

They did send me a confirmation email nor did they let me log in to my account. I sent many “forgot my password” emails and it said “email sent to reset your password” I never once got an email. I called customer support because I never got a tracking number. They did not have my apartment number on the forms and charged me an additional $15 to get new forms printed. Complete waste of time and money

Paid received an email with tracking number immediately, tracking number confirms almost a month later package never sent, the contact number goes to unanswered voicemail try for yourself at 1-800-301-9296.
Scam
This app is a scam. They provide you with publicly available forms and regular envelopes with 50cent postage to mail in the required forms (never mind that that postage amount is insufficient to transmit the required proof of identity documents). Don’t waste your money.
Quick & easy!
The app was straightforward and only took a few minutes to get through the questions. My paperwork arrived in the mail a couple days later (impressive!) with envelopes and instructions. Super easy and convenient. I’ve already recommended to friends.
