Could be better
There’s absolutely no accessibility on this app whatsoever you can’t even view the menus of the trucks because they’re broken. Also, the truck tracking is not live so you don’t know if they’re close to you or not. Also, every time you open the app to always be in the same spot I feel like this would be better if they actually need improvements to the app

Needs work
I love that I can see where the trucks are but the app needs a lot of work. Would love to be able to set alerts when the trucks are within a certain mileage from me. Or to see a schedule to know when they’re coming to my side of town. The only thing this app does is let you see where they are. Nothing else.

Doesn’t Work
This app does not show in real time where the trucks are. A truck literally drove down my street so I opened the app but it didn’t show a truck anywhere near me so either drivers aren’t showing their trucks as active on the app so it works or the app in general is flawed.

It’s a little confusing
I was able to sign up completely fine but when I was tracking the nearest truck,they were always just sitting there for a long time.I know others want to get ice cream too (who doesn’t) but were they serving a family of ten? 🥀

It says he been in the same place for the last 17 hours fix it i made a acc and I heard him around me and I looked on the app he all the way in Chester now let’s be so for real I hear all the way there

I figured I could buzz a truck, request they come to our neighborhood because they rarely do. But when they do everyone comes out! West Deptford, New Jersey wants you please!
The chase
The app needs work. We have to chase the trucks around for almost 30-45 minutes. It is not accurate.

This app described itself as being able to track where they are, and even seemed as if you could get notified, but there’s nowhere to put in my cell phone number, I don’t know how to get the contact us button to work, and the trucks never seem to move. I would really like to know when they are in my area because the last time they were, I couldn’t catch up to them!

Can’t find him
He is never where the app says he is I went to find him with my dad and it said he was somewhere where we were but he wasn’t findable . The tracker is not true and you can’t find him on the app . I love mister coffee but he doesn’t come bye nor is the tracker accurate

My friend and I ran down from the sixth floor of his apartment to track down the distant sounds of the Mr Softee truck and would have definitely lost the trail if it wasn’t for the app! We followed the tracker through a winding neighborhood and there it was! Extremely satisfying

Don’t install, pitifully bad app
So many things wrong: plays an annoying jingle you can’t turn off, hasn’t been updated in 4 years, doesn’t respect safe areas, signup process is terrible, no geofencing so you get push notifications *when the truck is in your neighborhood* (what a concept). Just don’t bother.

The best ice cream you will ever have but this app is complete trash. It does not update in real time. You will be driving all over town dreaming of their creamy ice cream and will never be able to get it!!!
Where’s our truck?!
Our town’s ice cream truck not only comes just once a week, they come either super early or super late, and sometimes even miss the day they are supposed to come! They aren’t on the tracker at all, I’ve had this before and still have it and our ice cream truck isn’t on here, please get this fixed!
