We downloaded it to track the truck and the gps wasn’t working well. There isn’t a way to request a stop so if the truck passes your neighborhood you’re out of luck. Not sure if there is a way to get notified that a truck is near by.

Where is my truck!? I heard it in my neighborhood and then I looked and downloaded this app and it said that the nearest truck to me was two hours away and I was searching for 15 minutes I mean like come on!
Could be better
There’s absolutely no accessibility on this app whatsoever you can’t even view the menus of the trucks because they’re broken. Also, the truck tracking is not live so you don’t know if they’re close to you or not. Also, every time you open the app to always be in the same spot I feel like this would be better if they actually need improvements to the app

Needs work
I love that I can see where the trucks are but the app needs a lot of work. Would love to be able to set alerts when the trucks are within a certain mileage from me. Or to see a schedule to know when they’re coming to my side of town. The only thing this app does is let you see where they are. Nothing else.

This app is garbage
It’s like every time I wait for the ice cream man all I get is he’s sound and then he leaves not giving no ice cream to the hole block leaving us with money in hand and waiting for ice cream and with the tracker it just gives you a false sense of hope with all the ice cream trucks just being around where I live just making me more mad at all the ice cream trucks. NEVER GETTING THIS APP AGAIN !!!

Kill the sound from the app
I truly don’t understand why you would think an app that plays a constant unnecessary sound is a good idea.
Yes I get it’s your jingle, but I already clearly know that or I wouldn’t have the app so I I don’t need the app to remind me, it’s redundant. Apps should only make noise when there’s an extremely strong justification for it.

Doesn’t Work
This app does not show in real time where the trucks are. A truck literally drove down my street so I opened the app but it didn’t show a truck anywhere near me so either drivers aren’t showing their trucks as active on the app so it works or the app in general is flawed.

It’s a little confusing
I was able to sign up completely fine but when I was tracking the nearest truck,they were always just sitting there for a long time.I know others want to get ice cream too (who doesn’t) but were they serving a family of ten? 🥀

I figured I could buzz a truck, request they come to our neighborhood because they rarely do. But when they do everyone comes out! West Deptford, New Jersey wants you please!
The chase
The app needs work. We have to chase the trucks around for almost 30-45 minutes. It is not accurate.

This app described itself as being able to track where they are, and even seemed as if you could get notified, but there’s nowhere to put in my cell phone number, I don’t know how to get the contact us button to work, and the trucks never seem to move. I would really like to know when they are in my area because the last time they were, I couldn’t catch up to them!
