Disappointed
Been using mobile app for years & now I am told that I need to get a new phone in order to keep using it. I am very disappointed by Danske.

Since you have make this update I can’t use it on this iPhone because I don’t have the iOS 17 now I can’t use it, the dumb dumb who have done this update is stupid many people like me can’t use it anymore

Why have you decided to bin your account holders who don’t have an iPhone lower than 17 iOS ? A reply on this medium would be appreciated

Keeps crashing my saved payees keep disappearing the app crashes all the time you need to improve it before I close the bank account
No text from the bank when bank balance is low
No text from the bank when bank balance is low. Other service providers send the texts to inform about low balance or not enough funds for DD and advice to put money in by 2:00pm for the DD to come out.
Not iPhone 8 compatible
I discovered this evening that I can no longer use the Danske app because I have an iPhone 8 - and this is not supported by IOS 17. I think this could have been communicated better. Now I have the unexpected expense of a new phone. The second time in 2 weeks Danske have disappointed me. I need to change bank…after 40 years!

Upgrading App
I cannot use my Danske Bank App because it is obscured by an overlay that states that I must update it in AppStore. When I attempt to do that, I am told that I must have IOS 17 or newer to do so. I am IOS 16. I assume from this unilateral arrogance that I must find another bank.
Update should be optional
I am required to update app but I need at least 10gb of data to update phone before i do this which I don’t have. Now I have no access to online banking. Even a browser login won’t work
Notifications
I do not get notified of incoming money into my bank? Would there be an issue or is this always been the way.. i have unistalled and reinstalled the app. Checked settings and no joy.

Electronic Mailbox missing in the app
Well…. I’m using this app long time. Recently got an e-mail that have some new documents in my electronic mailbox. There is even instruction in the e-mail how to find electronic mailbox for desktop app users and mobile app users. So I did login clicked menu on the right bottom corner and….. there is no electronic mailbox at all. Simply nothing. Spend 20 min to find and from my end mailbox is vanished. As a IPhone user I checked App Store to see if there is some update on the App but my app is up to date.

Cannot make transfer on app
Useless, it won’t let me transfer money, it freezes at the end. Rang customer service advised to do it on e-banking instead.

My top 2 improvement requests:
1. Push notifications when money is paid INTO an account. This would be super useful.
2. Make debits on the transactions screen red, rather than the default Danske blue colour. Credits are already shown in green. Make debits red.
