Quit working
After iPhone upgrade it quit working tried reloading but nothing does not even go far enough to sign in. Let’s fix this. Thanks
Needs a update
It hasn’t been updated in awhile. Does not work with IOS. When you call tech support they tell you to go online and do what you need to do. Needs a major update.

Needs an update. Crashes after IOS 13.4 update. This app also needs an overhaul, very slow. Can’t believe that it hasn’t had an update in over a year!!!
When it worked, it did the job.
There is a bug that needs to be fixed, not working at all with iOS. On top of that, it needs a major update. It’s slow and takes too much effort to navigate. That being said, when it worked, it got the job done.
So far so good
I’ve been using this for approximately 1 month and I have to say it’s pretty simple to learn and efficient. Makes my job really easy because o can report work orders while on patrol vs waiting until I get to my office.
