Stick with Safari. This is basically no more than a bookmark or web clip. Oh, and the portal has at best 2.5-star functionality.

Poorly done webview

This app just wraps the website, but poorly. It breaks scrolling and cuts off text. You're better off with a bookmark.

Non-functional

This app and it's website are completely broken! Pages are cut in half lengthwise. Can't even update the password - if you manage to find the change password link. I am so very disappointed with this feature that is part of the mobile help subscription. Useless. Zero stars
