Outdated and not working!
This has to be the most ridiculous app to try to refill your prescriptions on. It’s really hard to login and when I finally do it’s not even showing my correct prescriptions or what refills I have left. This is very frustrating. Please somebody fix this app.
App doesn’t work
The app never worked for me, I've downloaded it several times on several different dates, it can't find any pharmacy in the city and when I put the zip code, it moves to Asia, and I'm in the USA.
Pharmacies: This is not what you want if you want us to stop phoning you
I now have my log in problems solved. But the app provides just minimal functionality. For instance, if you try to request a refill more than a few days before it’s due, you have to go through all the steps of entering info, and THEN it tells you it’s too soon, too bad, so sad. But there are weekends! Holidays! Medications that have to be ordered in advance! It should allow you to inform the pharmacy that you will be wanting your refill but that you understand you can’t pick it up yet. Basic functions like that just don’t exist in this app. If the pharmacy wants something to reduce their burden of voice mail messages, this ain’t it.
There is also an express refill function that doesn’t function at all. Just log in and reorder from your main med list, and don’t bother finding Rx numbers or labels trying to make it work.

It won’t let me log in without the 2 factor authentication, but the first time I had to use it, it is only offering me a verification code sent to a land line. There is no option to change that without being logged in. It never had me set up 2FA first time before making it mandatory.
There is also an express refill function that doesn’t function at all. Just log in and reorder from your main med list, and don’t bother finding Rx numbers or labels trying to make it work.

This app frustrates me!
Many times it will no longer work and let me see my refills…says “sorry could not load prescription data try again later”. This app does not work correctly! Then I have to uninstall and reinstall it. Sometimes it works sometimes it doesn’t. I don’t have time for this. I need to refill my prescriptions! Please fix it!

TERRIBLE!!
Worked up until several months ago and then it quit letting me log in. I backed out and tried not saving log in info, nothing worked. Today I reinstalled app and now it can’t find my pharmacy at all!! Also, never could get it to recognize my camera on my IPhone 13 Pro Max.
Frustrating, Outdated, and Barely Functional
I’m incredibly disappointed with this app. I didn’t want to switch pharmacies in the first place because they use this third-party app, and now I’m wishing I hadn’t. I came from using the CVS app, which is intuitive and reliable. This app is the opposite.
To start, it doesn’t save login info, so I have to manually log in every single time. No Face ID, no remembered credentials, just a clunky login screen that resets every session. The app’s identity verification process is also a nightmare. I have a legal double last name (not hyphenated), and that has completely broken the system. When I try to verify my identity, the app tells me my last name “must be all alphabetical characters,” and no matter how I enter my name, combined or separate, it claims I don’t exist. The pharmacy can’t change my name in their system because it has to match my legal ID, so I’m stuck.
To make matters worse, there’s zero customer support. No phone number, no email, just a generic website that requires an account with the developer to even ask a question. I don’t even know how to create an account there.
The ID verification asks for your last name, prescription number, and birth date. Fine, I understand it’s a security step. But having to dig up my prescription number just to sign up was annoying, and I would’ve overlooked it if the rest of the app worked. It doesn’t.
Now I have to call in every refill manually, repeating my prescription number every time. That’s something a modern app should have solved by now. In 2025, it’s ridiculous that an app designed for something as important as managing prescriptions is this poorly made. If I could give it zero stars, I would.

Crashes
I’ve never, EVER experienced a worse pharmacy app! Crashes every time I attempt to validate ID. Zero support from developer or pharmacy. I’ve reverted to old school phoning in my scripts every month!
Terrible
The app won't connect with my pharmacy. You can't use the camera to scan the bar code if you have an iPhone 14 or better. There is no way to request that they contact your doc for refills. There is no reminder system to help you remember to refill your meds. It doesn't scale to larger phone screens. Would give zero stars if that was an option.

Birthday to verify doesn’t work
App doesn’t work at all!
Glitchy app. When prompted to verify ID app only gives option for one really wrong birthdate. Won’t let you edit. Not sure if this is isolated Iphone 15 issue.

The high school kid that developed this app apparently discovered girls and changed hobbies. What a waste of time. Don’t bother!! Should have read the other reviews prior.

This app is beyond awful. I’ve tried to make an account multiple times with different emails bc each time, I never get the confirmation email that is required to be verified before it lets you log in. Absolutely NO customer service/tech service/app service. Do not waste your time with this!!!
The worst pharmacy app EVER
I loathe this app. It never loads properly, EVER. I wouldn’t use it or the pharmacy but it’s the only pharmacy I can use deemed by my even worse insurance that is provided by employer. I wish I could attach screenshots because sometimes I just want to throw my phone. Get it together mobileRX!!!

ID Verify Broken
Required to use the app, but doesn’t work. Won’t let me input my bday. Can’t use the app at all.
Do better.
This app is absolutely horrendous. I’ve attempted to make an account three times using three separate emails. There is no customer service number or email to contact. After the third attempt my account is made, but now I’m stuck at ‘verify ID’ because the app won’t let me input my birthday! I haven’t seen an app this bad since the iPhone 4. When it comes to health care you need a well oiled machine. This isn’t a beta gaming app. This app controls private healthcare information and it runs worse than a 2003 Dell desktop computer. Who is running this app, a child? My god get it together.

Terrible
This app is useless. Spent 30 minutes loading it and adding prescription and tried to find when it was last filled and couldn’t do it. Feels like 1990s tech. I programmed better than that in the 1990s. I still have to call to find info. It is also faster and easier to use the phone system.
App needs major repair
I have not been able too use this app on months. When I log in it cuts off the bottom of the screen. If I am lucky enough to be able to press refills it freezes and I can’t go any further. Please fix this app!
