I have been using MobiMatter for a few years both for travel and to supplement my regular cell plan which has limited data. The service has always been solid and the prices excellent. The installation instructions are easy to follow.
On the few occasions that I asked for tech support (mostly for my own errors) the response time has been amazing and the support courteous and effective.

Recebi a mensagem que usei 95% do meu plano de 30gb e logo em seguida acabou os dados do celular. Não consegui nem entrar mais no app pra comprar mais. Tive que me virar no meio da rua em um país estrangeiro.
Helpdesk resolved the issue quick
I bought two esims for two different countries because mobimatter has affordable prices. I had an issue connecting the second esim. The helpdesk responded fast. It turns out I was using the first eSIM instead of the second. Thanks for good data in both countries and for responding fast!

I needed an eSIM for EU and non-EU counties for the same trip. They had one package at a great price that worked great in all location. The app was great as I was able to check my data balance, in real time, quickly and easily during my trip. Would definitely use MobiMatters again.

Jazz eSIM is not working at all , it is connected with jazz though but not working and there is no customer support. Pathetic service. Even it does not deserve a single star.

Fake esims
A lot of times the data uses way faster than it should in some places. Also i had dowloaded a esim and it didn’t work and they didn’t want to resolve it. Im switching as well as my friends cuz have has similar problems. Not worth dealing with them

Kann mich nicht beschweren. Habe mit ChatGPT die ganzen Angebote auf der Plattform verglichen für Reisen nach Tokio China und Singapur und hab 2x erfolgreich folgende Verträge vergleichsweise günstig abgeschlossen:
Verträge: TSimTech Japan China … 25 GB für 19,50€ und TSimTech Vietnam Singapur … 10 GB für 8€ jeweils für 30 Tage. Internetverbindung war immer top. Bezahlprozess via ApplePay auch sehr entspannt. eSIM Installation mit einem einzigen Klick 5 Sekunden nach Kauf sehr zügig und einfach. Konnte entspannt mehrere eSIMs bei meinem IPhone hinterlegen. Bei Kauf über TSimTech werden diese datenverträge auch erst aktiviert, wenn ich ins Land Einreise, auch wenn davor schon im Handy steht, dass sie aktiv sind und sich mit O2 Netz in Deutschland verbunden haben. Die Frist, bevor die eSIMs verfallen beträgt bei TSimTech entspannte 2 Monate nach Kauf.
IP-Routing via HongKong auch sehr stark, da normale VPNs in China illegal sind, aber das IP-Routing der mobilen Daten trotzdem zulässt, legal westliche Apps, wie WhatsApp, Instagram, Google, zum Teil auch ChatGPT (Grauzone, weil Hongkong auch kein von OpenAI unterstütztes Land) zu nutzen.
Ich empfehle den sofortrabatt zu nehmen, da treuepunkte nur was bringen, wenn ihr über 15€ an Treuepunkte kommt und diese dann in den nächsten 12 Monaten verwendet.
In der App kann ich sehen, wie viel datenvolumen ich noch habe, kann bei eSIM von TSimTech auch Daten nachbuchen.
Bin wirklich einfach vollumfänglich mit der App zufrieden.

I bought an eSIM today and it’s not working
Misleading
I bought an eSIM for France as it was included in a Europe list. After arriving and turning it on, the eSIM was shown as unavailable. I checked and the eSIM is showing as not available for this country. This is incredibly bad and misleading service which feels like a fraudulent scam. Would not recommend
