Purchased eSIM in Australia and set it up in Azerbaijan. Having never used an eSIM before, I had a few ‘user issues’. These were sorted out very quickly via email and me sending a screen shot of my ‘attempted’ setup. Technician got back to me in very short order with some simple instructions and now all good. Great efficient service.

I’ve used MobiMatter on several trips to Europe and Asia and it has been awesome. Very fast connection speeds and very consistent reliability. I usually buy the Spark options because it has connections with most of the major carriers and will switch to whichever one is the best. If your cell phone carrier charges outrageous rates for international roaming, calls, and data, get a free number from Google and use the data from MobiMatter. It is well worth it.
