Cash grab
Even if you’ve recently been on a GLP, they will start you at the lowest dose and make the smallest incremental increase per month to keep you paying while getting no results. I’m a very healthy and fit man who wanted to drop 10 lbs. Their compounded terzepitide does not compare to the real thing. I’ve doubled the doses I’ve been sent and…. almost no effect. They’re being sued by Eli Lilly for misrepresenting their product, and they’re being sued by their own clinicians (I mean people who rent out their DEA #’s as a side gig). There is no doctor-patient relationship, as their churn rate is second to an Amazon warehouse, and the business model is taking your money (which would be fine if the ‘patient’ were satisfied). Their dosing schedule does not even follow the manufacturer’s availabile titrations.

I attempted to use RemedyMed and instantly had issues and I’m so glad because Mochi Health is amazing and easy to use. My Provider Laura was an absolute gem, look for her and book an appointment!

Dr Patel was very nice. She went over everything with me and explained that if I had any more questions I was more than welcome to message her at any time. I am looking forward to seeing what this health journey brings me!!

I’m completely satisfied with Mochi Health. although I haven’t received my first prescription, the sign-up process. Was smooth and the doctor I talked to was excellent. This is Dr. Patel. I recommend him without reservation.

They will steal your money
I had used Mochi in the past and it wasn’t terrible. Providers change very frequently, often without warning, and it can be very hard to actually reach someone— but, I got my medication so I ignored it. I ended up going off of the medication for some time, but ultimately decided to go back on. I paid $400 for a 6 month subscription and made my appointment. 2 minutes into the appointment, the provider explains she won’t be prescribing the medication to me. I ask for a refund, to which she says I’ll need to reach out to customer service but it “won’t be a problem” to get one. I immediately messaged customer service and they said they can’t refund me without getting the providers “side.” They knew she declined the medication, yet didn’t think that warranted a refund of my $400. I was told to wait for them to talk with her and they’d let me know what they were able to do based on what she recommended. Never heard from them again and never got refunded. Just know if you don’t get the medication, you will not see your money again.

After having great success with zepbound I was informed my Medicare wouldn’t cover it and it would be $800 a month going forward. One consultation after panicking it was fixed. $50.00 a month for my health and continued journey in my weight loss. Mochi health a 10!

I had a great experience with Mochi Health. The entire process was smooth, easy to navigate, and very convenient from start to finish. Nurse Erin was wonderful—she was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to answer all of my questions. She made me feel comfortable and supported throughout the appointment. Overall, the experience was seamless, and I feel confident moving forward with my GLP-1 treatment plan. Highly recommend Mochi Health and Nurse Erin! 😊

Could be great but missing basic functionality
The app is fine. The product is good. The service is missing some crucial items.
First, the membership piece isn’t clearly defined up front, so be prepared to pay the monthly membership (e.g. I prepaid for 6 months) plus the cost of your medication.
And even though it’s a membership, you don’t get autofills, you have to call them or message them each month. (I’ve call customer service twice seeing if this is accurate and seems to be the case.) And once they process the order, you still have to go into the app to complete payment each time. If you forget, shipment is delayed.
Prescriptions take 7 -10 days to arrive.
If you’re traveling, going to be out of town, forgot to do the whole ridiculous refill process above, there is zero way to expedite an order (which I’d happily pay an extra fee for) or fill the prescription locally. You’re just out of luck and on a trip without your meds. Really frustrating and disappointing. Missed opportunities for mochi to provide great (meh, basic) service.

Bad service
Cancelled my membership last month before the renewal date and was recently charged $199 for the next 3 months. They are refusing to give me my money back. Very disappointed with the care team.
Easiest app
Loved the process and scheduling was easy. Doctors are nice and respond well to all my concerns. Order is super easy
Don’t buy
In their terms and conditions they don’t provide refunds even if they can’t get your prior authorization filled and the medication you want. You can for free get your own primary doctor to do a PA for the low cost of your deductible don’t lose 167$ like me. On something you can do yourself for a lot cheaper. So before you pay remember they will not refund you ever.

Poor customer services
Questionable product quality. They changed the pharmacy. The vial came warm as well as the insulation packaging. I reached out to them and because it was delivered within 72 hours they assured me that products was “ok” to use. There is no way for them to know that the quality was compromised as there was not a temperature control inside the packaging. I’m very concerned with their quality control standards.
Update: they contacted me to explain what has been previously said. That they follow strict standards. They completely disregard the fact that the vial and the rods inside the container were warm. It seems as they don’t understand that nothing works well 100% of the time. They rather have me using something that can potentially harm me than exchange the product.
