Dressing
Even though it says dressing on the side, they ALWAYS put it on. I don’t use any dressing & wish there was an option for NO dressing.
Clunky and not up to date
Haven’t got Moe’s in months since Moe’s sauce was unavailable. Apparently the store always has had it.
What happened to the chips?
I just left the store and tell me why there are four chips in my bag? They gave me the tiniest little brown bag of chips. I ordered a cup of queso and will not be able to finish it all because there are no chips.

I love their employees. They always greet every customer with welcome to Moe’s and a smile. I have become very fond of the people who work at the Hendersonville TN location. Amazing clean atmosphere and the food is amazing.

The food at this Moe’s is always great and exactly as ordered. There’s no music anymore and it’s so quiet inside. It also seems super dark. Please liven it back up!

Hours In App Ordering
Most online apps, even when the restaurant is closed, you can preorder and pay for what you want to pickup when they open.
Moe’s app you cannot.
But you can preorder and pay for delivery on the app….. just not for pickup. I live roughly 40mins away from the nearest Moe’s.
I don’t expect someone to drive 80+ mins (factor in traffic) round trip to deliver food when I’m already going to be in town running errands.
I have no issues other than that and it’s been this way since I’ve had the app for over a year.
Can the devs please fix this?

Tip
Take the option to tip off. Too much pressure to tip someone for doing their regular job. Pay your employees properly, don’t expect your customers to do it.

Unable to customize the order from standard menu.
"Something went wrong"
For over 2 months now, my wife and I have the same issue when trying to log in (after the app automatically logged us out like random again...as it often does). We get the "something went wrong. Try again later." message every time. Both of us updated the app and we are both on the most recent iOS. Deleting and reinstalling does not fix the issue either. Sunday was our traditional day to take the family to Moe's for years now, so of course their customer service is closed on weekends (and I don't have time 9 to 6 on weekdays to sit on hold while I'm at work).
I guess we're done with Moe's.
