Queso issue on app
Ordered a simple kids meal and checked the wrong box for queso to be outside and they charged me another 3.12 to add it! So I payed $12 for a kids meal:(

Couldn’t get the BOGO offer from this past weekend to work, nor did the Moe’s Monday offer today. Guess the honeymoon is over 😂

Service fee not baked into cost but slightly hidden at checkout. I have stopped giving business to any companies that do this. Please do so as well. It’s a phycological tactic and deceptively misleading.

Inaccurate selection
I’ve had the tofu multiple times since complaining about this AT LEAST 10 times. Customer service doesn’t do anything. There is tofu at the pompton plains, NJ store yet it’s not on the menu in app. It’s there at the store and I keep messaging and no one fixes it. I would’ve gotten Moes so many more times if I could just order on the go, but I can’t- because customer service and the team won’t just put tofu back on the menu at that restaurant specifically. THEY HAVE TOFU!!!!

There should be more customization on online orders. Example: I like rice and beans on the side but is no way to specify on app. More customization in general for sauces. You are one of favorite restaurants for healthy food options.

Buggy app wasted my money
Went to place a delivery order. Selected delivery. Input my payment info. Little did I know that the app switched my order back to pickup (which I guess is default?) after inputting the payment. I do not own a car and can’t go get my food. No way to cancel the order in app and the restaurant won’t pick up the phone despite being open. Cool. Cool cool cool cool cool

Definitely not what I ordered
Please prepare what’s asked. I ordered a salad that costs $18 but yet didn’t receive what I requested. I asked for a specific dressing, didn’t get it. I asked for double meat, paid for it, but didn’t get it! I am super frustrated - how can you charge $18 for a salad and not ensure the order is right?!!

I ordered through the app while on my lunch break at my own establishment and the food never got delivered. I called the store and a manager told me I could come in within the week and get the entire meal free since I had never actually received it. When I came in the employees questioned me and attempted to refuse my meal. They also refused a refund that I originally wanted.

Are you tired of getting charged like you ordered a feast you could have ordered from chilis, Olive Garden, etc ? Just go to Moe’s. Chips and salsa come with the meal. Chipotle charges for their chips and queso like it is a separate meal. Love yourself and pick Moe’s tbh
