Steals Points
This app has an annoying tendency to steal your points. If you add a point redemption while selecting items, and then accidentally press the point redemption again at checkout, it will charge you double the points. Another issue is if you redeem points and then the restaurant pauses app orders, it eats your points anyways. I've lost 60 points to these issues so far, and there's no support option in the app to try to get them back. Literal theft.

Some stores are only listed in the app and order by mistake is not tolerated with no order cancellation feature

The app automatically pre-selects an 18% tip without clearly showing it during checkout. The checkout page emphasizes the item price ($6.99), while the actual payment amount ($8.25) is easy to miss, especially when using Apple Pay. This is misleading UX.

I can skip the line, earn points and get birthday perks by ordering from their official app. Big money savings compared to ordering from DoorDash or other delivery platforms.
Can’t login/signup
No code was sent via text even after clicking didn’t receive code. Checked spam and unknown senders and still didn’t see anything.

ETA is useless
when I placed the order, the eta was 30min and the status wasn’t updating, so I went there after 35min but it’s still 59 drinks until mine.
The worse app
I put in an order at 7:00pm for it to tell me estimated pick up time is 9:02pm. And I can’t cancel the damn order, can you make a cancel button? This is very inconvenient the store was busy I can’t even call them to cancel the drink. It’s ridiculous!!
Coupons
I love molly tea so much, Its like life and death to me, but the coupons system is actually like bad😭 I had the coupon section opened and i didn’t notice that it was opened so I pressed it twice by accident and my points all disappeared 😞No refund, No “are you sure”, I feel like to make it safer the app should have a pop up saying “are you sure”🥹

The drink itself is fine, the app is fine, but whats wrong with estimated time? Telling customers an estimated time of 15min but asking customers to wait at shop for 35min is not acceptable. Just say 35min when we order it and I can pick up later.
