No longer supporting app
They are no longer supporting the app. It has stopped working. Emails to support just get returned as undeliverable. They are still taking money. They should remove this app for the store.

Really nice.
Really nice picture and functionality, can be tricky to pair , but once paired it just sticks and functions no matter if lost power or what not. It reconnects in a breeze on its own.

FYI! Without notice it seems the company no longer supports the app for these cameras.
Something fishy
The app has shut off our subscription the customer support does not work and the frequently asked questions link takes you to a website that is in Chinese and has something to do with tobacco and gambling
Pairing problems
I used the camera a couple years ago and I had no problem getting it to pair and hook up. This year I’ve tried to hook it up and it takes forever for it to even pair. Half the time it doesn’t want to pair. I finally get it to pair and I then follow the steps and right when I go to choose a plan the whole app crashes. It’s been doing the same thing every time. Don’t know if it’s outdated or what but I’m not impressed.

Performs as expected
No great shakes - just does its thing. Haven’t poked at all of the features but as a remotely accessible garage door video monitor and activator, functions well.
Worst app and really bad hardware
The company seems to be scam artists. You can’t find any proper website. It’s just a Wordpress site any links you click on just puts you back on the same page. The application barely ever works no updates ever done to it. It’s like they made the money and then just ran or sold it to some who knows what. Waste of money.

you cannot reach any person, anytime at the phone number for customer support. it directs you to send an email but when you email them at support you will get a daemon message ‘undeliverable’

Customer Support Lacking
The system logged itself out. When I attempted to log back in, it will not accept my credentials. Submitted request to reset password unanswered. Website to the businesses no longer there. No answer on customer support via telephone. Other than the cameras are no longer usable. They used to work pretty good.

Stopped working and support disconnected
Jan 15 2025. App stopped working. Forces login, doesn’t take credentials, won’t send a password reset link. Called the support number, said number not in service. Don’t waste your money on these cameras you’ll never get them set up

Dependable and works consistently well. Would buy again for sure.
