I’d tried using other screen time products, but this one is the only one that’s really stuck. The bracelet and time budgeting systems are very intuitive and have actually helped me cut down on my screen time over the past two months that I’ve been using it!! The app has one or two bugs but I would definitely still recommend it.

The Time Bank is INCREDIBLE
This app is so much better than any other screen time app. The time bank really makes me feel self conscious about the time I waste scrolling throughout the day and helps me find the motivation to stop. This app lowered my time on reels from 2hrs a day to 15 minutes! Changed my life.

Stopped my scrolling problem!
I have tried apple screen time Opal, Brick and other apps but nothing was working. Having the physical band made using screen time more intentional and made me think twice before scrolling
