Mo Mo bad name choice
I like the concept of this just can’t get past. The name could never refer my clients. We do a lot in the legal sector and with jail inmates.
In prisons and pop culture a Momo is a child molester :(
Creator should’ve thought of a better name. Just sayin

Great concept, lacking usability
I needed to find some sort of bulletin board tool for the tenants at my art studio building, and this looked perfect. Too bad I can’t actually edit the photos of my admin account…it’s so glitchy and slow loading any album, and then when I pick an image, it just doesn’t do anything in regards to changing the image. So I’m stuck with the default blank new user face…
So disappointing because this really looked like the perfect thing for my growing community to stay up to date on building news, tenant events, and more.

Unable to create post or upload files
I can click on create post but no options to type anything.
Also I have no option to upload files or media even though I see the tabs.
Desktop (mac) version can create post but don’t even see the file and media sections.

Fantastic
ăfter feedback from employees, we switched to MOMO BOARD to improve cọmmunications between departments. We have never been more efficient.
Yay for MOMO BOARD
Love it. It is very simple to use with regular updates. I can easily talk to people on my laptop then switch to the mobile version seamlessly.
Good for apartment buildings
We use this for our apartment building so residents can discuss random happenings or building things.
Right now there are issues with push notifications always being active, even if you’ve seen the latest messages. Definitely some glitches but the functionality overall is great.

Does Not Work
The option to login via Apple is broken, even though this is how I made my account. I have updated the app, reinstalled the app, and tried logging in via browser rather than the app.
I now have no access to my work schedule and I have no idea when I work. Very stressed and upset with this product.

Crashes
Great idea but app always crashes doesn’t remove notifications after read and you had to close and reopen the app 3-4 times in order to read or get to the message boards screen.
Response from developer
Thank you for your feedback. Our apologies for any inconvenience. We currently have 98% crash free users for our iOS app. It might be that some unknown issue got triggered during interaction, and in this circumstance, we’d recommend to re-install the app. For unread notification issue mentioned, it may be related to slowness/automatic refresh performance that we’re already working for our next version. For any other questions, please feel free to write to support@momoboard.com.
Good for a group collaboration
I’m using this for my school project, and it’s really useful. I can upload any files and chat with others at once.
All in one community app
It simply provides good user experience. Free 10Gb storage for each account, group chat, privacy settings and more. It works.
Out of this world
I love the experience of being with my family all over the world with it. Thanks
It doesn’t work
Requires login immediately. Bad bad bad. Don’t recommend 😡😡
Free message board
I was looking for a free message board for my book club and this was the perfect fit. Happy to have the option to use the app or on my laptop. 👍
May be a great app, but if you can’t sign up...
I downloaded the app, and clicked get started. A screen pops up, with several fields to be filled out. They aren’t labeled, as to what you are supposed to put in them. When you type, you can’t see what you’re typing. You can’t use the app, if you can’t sign up....
Meh.
This app is just ok. I use it almost daily for work memos and it's constantly logging me out. I can check it every day for a week and still be logged in then it logs me out. I could check it two days in a row and boom, logged out again. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling and it doesn't matter. I know it sounds kind of trivial, but when it's an app I use daily and sometimes multiple times a day, I don't want to log in every time.

Craigslist Killer?
With enough users this could be the first real threat to Craigslist. I really like how quickly the responses come in and how easy it's been to find what I'm looking for.
