Widget issue
After the latest update, I noticed that the widget on the home screen isn’t working correctly. It keeps showing the balance I had before the update. Sometimes the current balance appears for a moment, but then it switches back to the old one. This happens for both my main and savings accounts. Reinstalling the app and re-adding the widget didn’t help.

Ta aplikace skoro nikdy nefunguje, 13x musim zmacknout “zkusit znovu” abych se dostal na ucet, obcas ani to nepomuze, nejlepsi asi bude zmenit banku

Opening of account through mobile app is not possible even tho its the only option besides branch visit

One of the most awful bank apps I have seen. Messy, hard to navigate, menu items open different products than what the label says.

Last version was much much better
Previous version was much better, was faster, Now is slower, suddenly shut down, not able to move between tabs !
Nefunkční.
Neustále hlásí chybu při aktivaci. Nelze aktivovat ani pres internet banku.
App crashes on start
App worked well until some time ago. Now on an iPad (iPad Air 2023, iPadOS 18) it repeatedly crashes on start and cannot be used at all. It works fine on an iPhone 14 (iOS 17). Maybe some OS18-related bug?

Investment
Investment can not be added to first main page, invesťment details can not be viewed using time period(last month, last 6, last year….). All of that is available at Airbank app though. Space for catching up with the competition.
Disappearing products
I have several accounts at Moneta and usually they are all visible in the app. But every now and then, one of my products disappears. Quite frankly, that makes me nervous. Hope you’ll deal with it soon.

Unable to login
Since recently I more often can't login than the times I can. Simply keeps loading and then says something went wrong. Unacceptable from a smart banking app!
Cannot open app
The past week ive been often unable to open the app, it only keeps loading and I cannot seem to find the reason why. Its very impractical

Po poslednim update porad vsude vyskakuje nabidka penzijniho sporeni, jako po kazde platbe zadane v mobilnim bankovnictvi musim odklikavat, ze tento produkt nechci je extremne otravne.
Něco nefunguje
Už tři dny čekám na ověření , a jedinné co vidím je zprava “ ještě na tom pracujeme , aplikaci můžete zavřít a zkontrolovat později “ takže aplikace bude odinstalovana a nebudu už dál čekat . Toto není servis který bych očekával.
