Not bad at all
This app is pretty good. I find that some months I qualify for an advance but the next month. When nothing on my account changes from month to month. But overall it works in a pinch.

This app always says I’m sorry and had this app since 2024 and had my bank account for over 2 years.. I have two direct deposit coming into my account and still nothing.. I finally got an email about something was messed up so they gave me an advance but paid it back and nothing.. this app is ridiculous!!!!

Can’t reopen??!!! Why? No explanation just no. No transparency.
I had this acct for many years with zero problems. My phone got wet and damaged and a bunch of my apps got messed up. Emails sent to random people just a nightmare. This was one of the apps that was affected. It was closed. And they won’t let me reopen it. I asked why multiple times but the same line was recited closed permanently you can’t make a new acct with a different email. I don’t want a new acct I want my existing acct. Beware!!!!!

Was approved for cash advance attempted to deposit into my account like I had the previous weeks kept saying delivery fails. The representative attempted to tell me that my card was restricted which it was not there was no attempted charge and then it declined me for the actual cash advance, I was approved for Terrible customer service and even a worse application.

They need shut down for stealing your information and closing your account after approving you. Instead of getting me unstuck from a screen after I had been approved for $125 and used the quick transfer method and it said it was sending then an error came up showing they had trouble sending. I locked my cards and stuff when I am not using them because I want to be safe. I forgot to unlock and it came back stating the card was invalid! I use it all the time. I used my virtual one instead of my hard card. Now they closed my account due to security issues (basically accusing me of something I guess). I have all the proof in the world I could show them, but instead they suspended/ permanently closed my account!! I believe they did that to steal my information!!! Stay away from this app. They get your bank information and then permanently closed accts. The good reviews on here are mostly from them (liars). I am going to see about one of those mass lawsuits. They are so deceptive!!! I am so so pis…d off!
