Don’t waste your time! The app glitches and when you inform support they do Nothing about it.
Inconsistent
Started out great, I got one advance and paid it back on time. I was never approved again. Same account, same money going in and out. I don’t want to keep paying subscription fees if I’m never going to be allowed to use the service again because of some bogus approval system

I downloaded this app and tried signing up but any time u do the hole process of signing up it says “sorry, unfortunately we are having trouble verifying your identity. Log out and try again later”. Then once you do that step the email you used is already taken when you try it again, so I tried 3 different emails and all the same thing. In out of emails to even try again.
While I’m sure the ones that have been successful with this app and getting their emergency bills covered I’m so happy for that and I’m sure this app is amazing for acting as a blessing in time of need. My experience is 2 stars I don’t recommend, unless you think you can figure it out.

If they don’t verify you immediately, literally just delete the app. Customer service won’t help with squat. Oh, and you are literally never able to get verified if you were denied. Banned for life. Don’t even waste your time, horrible management.

Downloaded this app for emergency money. As soon as I entered all of my personal info (ssn/dob) it says “we are unable to verify you”. In my opinion, it’s just a ploy used to get your personal info. I would not recommend dis app to anyone .
Dumb
It won’t even let me get past the part I put my SSN and DOB in. It tells me it’s wrong. Think not it’s my real information. Waste of time with this app.
Broken from the start
App is repeatedly unable to verify identity despite ensuring that every single character of every single requested information is correct (with no typos or misspellings). All other similar apps have no such issues to this extent.
Does this app even work
Very frustrating that an app cannot verify your first and last name. If you try to find out why an AI chat box will tell you a human can’t verify your information either. How stupid. Don’t waste your time.

I have been trying to reach you all regarding my identity not being confirmed (I’m unsure as to why), and I want to try again using my same email address. There’s no way to reach you all. I can’t contact support or the app cause the app blocks me due to my identity not being verified.
