Very terrible at communicating
They took me through every step to get an advance and when I got to the last page they said they couldn’t verify my identity and don’t tell me why. Then when I spoke to customer service they were no help.

Possible scam
I can’t even get passed the sign up page. After I do my email and password and put in my phone number it claims to “have issues verifying” my information when I haven’t given anything but my name and phone number which I know are correct. Then I cannot even get a hold of support to fix the issue. This app is a waste of time.

Paid before due date
I need a human to speak with. First advance was awesome. However, in seeking a second one, it keeps saying it can’t detect my direct deposit. Which are always in the bank. Then, not enough transaction history…. Ughhh ready to delete account

Put all the information in and it said could not verify my identity and I put everything in right there are only a few good cash advance apps and this is not one of them

I have a few issues! I have had this app about a year now and cannot get approved for an advance for no other known reason! Everything check out! Gets my estimate amount than says I cant advance! Regardless of card / bank in use with DD! Worst !

Basically I had the same issue. Everyone else on here is saying when you try to sign up and then login it says that it can’t verify you I reached out to them and was told they can’t open an account with me because they can’t verify really ridiculous.
