I created an account with you people long ago all of a sudden the account was blocked ℹ cant access the dashboard but my login works and the dashboard show emty and money was sent to this account ℹ still received email from Moniepoint of login activity my number is still Moniepoint account number anytime I send money its still bring my name and I have my kyc done but I report to your customer care they still keep telling me to repeat same process and they confirm that my account is active and called a different email which is not mine but when they send code I receive that code on my email but they say they don’t recognize my email for banking system that can allow my info to be use by someone else which I don’t know and still received payment I other a close down they say I need to provide the email in the account I do and they say they still don’t recognize the email your tech agent are unprofessional and unreliable

Tooo slow when doing transactions I feel scared when using it especially when going out without cash I think I will have to move to Opay at list Moniepoint doesn’t borrow users money and for Opay the more I use my account the more my loan limit increase

The bank app is good just that the money used to send money to another bank it’s too much

This isn’t the real monipoint app .. trust me you likely won’t be able to login and if you reach out there just going to try to get the otp sent to your line account … Beware !!!
