No refund
I used a dryer and when it finished I realized that didn't work, so I saw in the app there is a form to report and to ask for a refund, i filled it out and send it. They declined my refund and now they are calling me to know about why I request a refund?! I already fill the form, all the info is in there... They can see my usage, every week, I have never asked for a refund and when I asked for one they want the fbi to investigate š

Refund scam
So I never make reviews but please do not use this app. They allow a refund button but refuse to give refunds regardless of you needing to move out or youāre not using it thereās another app on the market that allows you to have a refund unlike this app. I personally emailed them and confronted them and they stopped responding when I told them that it doesnāt make sense to offer ārefundsā and reason for the refund to only decline said refund.

Easy and convenient
The app is easy to use and very convenient. You know when machines are not in use and donāt loss your time going to check. Eat to pay for your laundry machine.
Don't unless you have to
I was on a vacation and had to download this app to do some laundry. The timers ate next to useless for starters. In addition, the minimum deposit is $10 and they refuse to give you a refund if you don't use it all. Can't quite say its a scam because it does work, but I would avoid it unless you absolutely have to ise it.

No internet connection
This app is overall horrible!
It works
The only I say is synchronize the timers better. The app says my washer is done and when I go to put my clothes in the dryer I get there and the washer still has 8 minutes on it other than that it works.
Refund scam
The app routinely accepts money even if the machine scanned is out of service. Have had a pending refund for over 2 years so canāt collect the remaining money on the account
