About
What's New in mood journal & tracker
1.2.2
July 30, 2026
What's new: Month pages, in the full editor: Writing about your month now opens the same full-screen editor your daily pages use — voice dictation included, and if you want, toody can ask you a question about the month you're looking back on. On-device, as always. Better timing: The month-end prompt now waits until a month has actually been lived in. A freshly installed toody won't greet you with "how was your month?" anymore. A pointer to insights: Once your week starts taking shape, toody offers a look at the insights tab — once, dismissible, no nagging. Recently in 1.2: Voice journaling: Some days it's easier to talk than to type. Speak, and toody turns it into a written reflection, right in the editor — entirely on-device. Sleep & cycle, meet mood: toody can read your sleep and menstrual-cycle data from Apple Health and show how your mood moves alongside it. Opt-in, per data type, and read-only. Warm night: A proper dark mode for the evening. A deeper look at your days: See which activities lift your mood and which weigh on it, in a reworked Insights tab. As always: no accounts, no ads in the app. Just a private place to notice how you actually feel.
