The interface is fast and simple and has an impressive set of features. As a mental health tool, I used it to track my mood. Record your mood, goals, activities every day and it generates weekly, monthly and even yearly reports that let you see trends. Nice
I have been using this for over a year. it's the first program I've been able to develop a regular habit of. I've recommended it to many people for several reasons: it's easy to use, it's easy to keep up with, it's like a mini-diary calendar, it reminds me of what my goals are, it gives me space for pictures and little notes. I went premium a few months later but it was great even before premium. I like the extra images and some of the data that premium offers. I feel it is worth it.

Great app
Great app, I've been using it every day for 3 years. Helps me reflect on what has happened and see trends in my habits. Correlation between behavior and mood is really helpful. Love the gallery feature and choosing just 1-3 photos to feature each day to look back on. Quick search makes it easy to answer questions like "wait, when do we...?" etc. Highly recommend!

Amazing!
I've been using Daylio for years and never had a problem with the app until the last few months. The developers recently added the ability to add templates and formatting to posts, and about two months ago it stopped working completely. Whenever I try to create a post with formatting, Daylio just deletes it and makes everything bold. It's incredibly frustrating and it's really frustrating to see an update come and go without fixing the problem. I know they can do better.

I love this app! I got this app this year in June and I have been daily logging ever since. The design is very good looking and how they laid the app out with everything is very functional.
