Disappointed
Do not use More App services. They will give you a time slot but your order will not be delivered. You cannot cancel the order from the app even after surpassing the time slot given to you. And if you connect with their customer support, they can’t do it either and they will lie to you that your order has been collected for delivery when the progress in the app shows Ready for pickup- Forever! I have already tried 3 times and my order has been 1. Cancelled by More 2. Cancelled by me 3. Cancellation in oblivion. So to save you all the time and a frustrating experience, I have put up my experience out here. Never trusting More services again. Still waiting for cancellation and refund.

Order not delivered 1600 INR
I have ordered few items yesterday worth 1661 INR. I selected the time slot of 12 - 2 pm. At 4 pm I am getting this message that your items have been delivered whereas there was no delivery. They even give you OTP without that delivery cannot be made. I am calling ,messaging and emailing them since yesterday and they are not at bothered. I asked the agents to cancel my order and they are saying they do not have the option. There people assured me that they will sort this out yesterday only but no resolution was given. I haven’t got any callbacks from them which they were claiming. This is really bad . VERY VERY BAD EXPERIENCE. My money is gone and nobody is taking the responsibility of the same.

The worst service
I had placed the order at 10:30 for the delivery to be between 12-2 I have been asking the app support where the order is they keep saying we have contacted the required personal and they will contact you and yet they have not contacted and I request a call back they did not call me back I did not receive the order even after waiting for 4 more hours

Worst app ever
Everytime I am ordering something I am not getting delivery of all the items I ordered.
Everytime while delivering some of items are missing. And delivery guy is saying it is out of stock so they will provide the refund.
Refund is fine, but everytime it is bot acceptable, my old parents stay alone in home so I ordered groceries online and if everytime they are not able to fulfil the delivery then there is no use of this plus membership.
If any item is not available they would have shown it while ordering itself then we will get some other options also. But if they are telling like this is not available while delivery what should we do????
I raised a complain also but there is no update on that as well.
I will recommend everyone to not use this app. There are more better apps available in the market then this, atleast they will show out of stock for the item which is not available.

Far behind in comparison to Zepto and Instamart
There are numerous issues with product availability. For orders placed so far have received at least one product refund for every single order because of product unavailability . If it's not available, why is it even listed? Unfortunately, Mysore doesn't have Swiggy Instamart or Zepto, so I'm stuck with More. In my last order, it shows that the product was delivered, but upon reviewing the CCTV footage, I realized the product was not even delivered. Hence, it's challenging to trust More. When I lived in Bengaluru, I had zero issues with Zepto, but with More, there's an issue with every single order. I'm exploring alternative grocery apps to switch to.

Quick delivery May be because of the proximity- Employee who delivered was very courteous- would like to continue the buying- but prices of vegetables fruits and certain other items are high compared to competitors like big basket jio mart insta mart etc

Cancelled my order for no reason
The app is fine but the store itself has very bad customer service. I placed an order at 11am and the delivery slot was 2pm to 6pm. After 6 when I didn’t get the delivery I contacted customer support and they said there is delay but they will deliver it. I asked multiple times about when they will deliver it but they kept saying we will deliver, we can’t give you exact time. Then at 10pm they cancelled my order saying there are no delivery people available. I tried to reorder but the coupon I used is no longer available.
I am very disappointed in this store. I will never order from here again because I was expecting some sort of decency in customer management but this outrageous.

Worst app ever they never deliver on time it will definitely delay 2hours need to wait for more hours coming to customer support, I don’t know why the guys were they don’t even give response then just send replies what they want and close the chat which is not at all use full
If there is something important for never ever order from more if it’s ok to be deliver after 3 to infinity hours then keep an order and never expect any spooling or rotted items to exchange or refund which is of no use just loose hopes about quality if they deliver quality items enjoy if not through it in the trash which is waste of money

Many of the items physically available in the stores are not listed in the app. App needs to be linked to centralised stock data. Store wise stocks should be accessible to the app to display choices as per items requested.
For many of the items there’s no connection between items searched for and displayed.
App is in very primitive stage and needs immediate updates or better replaced with a properly developed one. If not interested, it’s better to scrap the app in total
