Worse than the old one
Extremely slow. Screen keyboard small and requires too many steps. The screens themselves require a magnifying glass and if you blow them up you essentially can only see one column at a time and have to scroll side to side. If you’re looking for all payments to a particular vendor in a year the only way to accomplish is by reviewing each monthly statement. If you search for a period of time such as 6mths or a year, you only get back 30-45 days never any more. I’ve gone back to using the website version almost exclusively, but even that has many of the same issues now. This change feels more like 10 steps backward rather than forward with a more robust user friendly system. I’ve experienced better banking apps from 15 years ago.
