Buggy App
Such a terrible app - doesn’t work on my iPhone or IPad. Won’t let you select size when adding to cart as it glitches every damn time. And on the IPad the thumbnails are all pixelated. Surely your brand can afford to do better!?!

i love this store probably one of my favourites for clothes, but the app seriously needs improvements it’s insanely laggy to the point i can barely even look at my basket it just glitches and then the app goes off, was thinking it was my phone but many others r saying the same it barely works when you go on it

Terrible app
This app has been awful for ages now and even with a new update it’s still terrible, it lags and when you try to look at sizes in stock it just adds random stuff to your basket, really annoying to use and puts me off buying from them

very glitchy and slow. a lot of problems with the wish list, it never loads or remembers what i’ve liked previously. crashes every time click ‘view orders’

App is extremely glitchy and unreliable
Awful app. Glitches when scrolling, slow reload. I have items favourited and yet online and in app account, there are always no favourites to be found. I have black hearts on certain items so I know the system isn’t working. The checkout won’t let me delete items in my basket, so I can’t checkout with the bits I want. Nice products but expensive for the quality.

Great stuff but really buggy app
I love this brand so much, but the app is so buggy it’s almost not worth the hassle, which definitely does the products a major disservice. The app is barely functional.

Love this brand so much clothes always look great, but on iOS the app is so slow and glitchy and randomly deletes things from my wishlist sometimes.
Don’t bother if you’re canadian
takes over 2 weeks to come and the always charge an insane amount of duties. I love their jeans but after ordering a 2nd pair, paying $150 plus $50 in duties, i won’t shop here again .
Glitchy app
I love the clothes and the brand however the app is so glitchy and slow. At the moment it won’t let me click on anything when I hit the basket icon so I can’t move to another screen or anything it just freezes. Furthermore, it takes so long for my wish list to load, sometimes it also freezes. My phone is fully updated and so is the app, so glitches are within the system.
