Great app for work
Wow,, didn’t know how much work you can get with mothership I’ve been doing it for 1 week and I’m surprised of how much work there is. I’m thinking of putting another truck with a driver I think there’s a lot of potential here to build a small fleet of trucks.

App Broken Notification not Working
I've been working with Mothership for just about a year. The App worked fine for about 5 months. The app is completely broken and notifications doesn't work at all. The only notification I receive are from the banners, but no sound at all. Also, I no longer receive text messages about available loads. In order for me to book a load I have to keep my eyes glued to my phone hoping a notification banner pop up from Mothership. This have caused missed revenue opportunities every single day. It doesn't stop there. I do not receive sound and banner alerts during the course of my conversations with support regarding active loads. My only two options are to constantly check the app for replies from support or to wait for an E-mail notification stating support has replied. Sometimes there are 30 minute delays between replies because I'm unaware support has contacted me. I have these issues on both my Android and IOS devices, so it's a matter to be taken with the App developers. The worst part is I've made Mothership aware of the these issues via their chat support and verbally on the phone. The quick response is, I'll pass this over to our Tech support team." The real response is,"Good luck." I refrained from 1 start because when all is working properly Mothership is actually profitable. Fix the notification issue and it's an easy 5 stars. Hopefully the App developers will actually see my review and address it. I work with Mothership everyday, but I'm actively in search of other load boards due to these issues.

Have Consideration for the one’s doing the work
Heavy loads, many stops, long distances, low paying. Drivers must put together multiple loads to make a driver’s wage. But you can’t do that with the pick up/delivery crunched times.
Rip off
So they will pay pennies and charge the company an arm and a leg. I ran into one of my old customers she had mentioned to me that they charged her $500 for the load and they only paid me 150!! It was 9,000lbs 12 skids. They be posting multiple stops and only wanna pay $300 for 6 stops and there are carries that take it. Y’all goofy for that.

Waste of a company cause you can’t contact them. That’s just the new shape of the world. No actual customer service to get to.
Unfair pay drivers are taken advantage of constantly
I was scheduled to pick up one pallet for $177. When I got to the pickup, they told me there was an extra pallet. I let the company know right away, and they only offered me $10 more for extra weight, time, fuel, and over 100 miles of driving.
That’s just not right. This kind of stuff keeps happening. We’re out here working hard, putting in real miles, and they act like our time and effort don’t matter. I’m tired of being taken advantage of drivers deserve better than this.

Love this delivery app. Simple to use and great customer support. Highly recommended!!!
Needs improvement
App is ok, needs better rates instead of the climbing effect to see who bites. First come first serve basis. They don’t have sound notification tone. Only a few dispatchers to help. Some make mistakes. Orders will notify you silently. Overall good for extra work.
Easy and Convenient
I love Mothership enjoying working as a carrier owner operator is a loving job you get to meet new people and you also have a day of exercising, time with your family. I love the quick pay go to the App Store and download Mothership and get started.

Mothership has been good to me here in the Bay Area. The key is keep a good rating, if you’re running late be sure to contact support. My rating hasn’t fallen under 4 stars since I’ve started maybe that’s why I’ve been busy.

Mothership used to be my one and only workload source. I didn’t need anyone else. I used to brag to everyone about MS. Now I feel the total opposite. I can’t get over how much MS’ pay has spiraled downward! Especially the fact that the loads consists of multiple stops and much travel, along with heavy cargo
