Long Time Banking Customer
I have done business with MCU for many years.
After having researched various local banks 25 years ago I took out my 15 mortgage with MCU because of the competitive rate.
I have seen the bank grow and improve over the years. Every once in a while I still find a situation with room for improvement but overall it is a good bank and great people to do business with.

Take too long with everything
I’m not liking my experience so far. Everything is too delayed with this bank
Ripped off for over $200
I hate depositing checks as you didn’t allow one for over $200 to clear bc I didn’t write “for deposit only.” No notification, so when I caught it a few months later, I had already shredded bc the deposit was made. Not asking someone to re-write a check. Better communication should have been made—an email at minimum.

Sub accounts
I love that I can have several different sub accounts in my savings account. Each month I transfer money into Christmas travel, car insurance and others. So I'm never run short when these are due or when I want to go see my family.

This app is horrible, I don't know how its so difficult to make a half decent app. It consistently has problems. It has been refreshing for 3 days even after the update. Fix it.

Need options to block card or pause account and be able to unlock when ready instead of having to cancel card because of a scam or something else
Okay MCU
This app is wonderful. Very workable when I am having to work and on weekends. I am enjoying the credit score visibility.
Best Credit Union ever
I have been so Blessed with MCU. They are very professional and very caring . It’s easy to do anything on line as well in office. Great people I work with on loans or just question’s on my account and safety . I have the Fletcher Credit Union and they are amazing . They have the best team and people they will have your back and protect your accounts. I would not go any where else. I will keep them as long as this old world keeps getting crazier they give me peace of mind .

My grandpa, grandma, mom, dad, my sister and I all use this bank, it’s awesome that they have an app for MCU and honestly this format is beyond great!👊👍 and it’s the best app for banking that I’ve experienced. And I have had other banks. Transfers to and from other accounts are instant and you can even set up notifications to tell you you how low or high ya are with your money. It’s AMAZING!!
