Pushy

Of all the mortgage servicing companies that have bought my mortgage this was the worse. Constant calls to refinance to 7,8, or 9% mortgages when I’m at a 3.25 currently. They pushed constantly to get a home loan instead of a HELOC so I just got my HELOC from PSECU and it’s been wonderful. Thought these guys are bought out by rocket mortgage, I’m hoping they terminate the old staff of Mr. Cooper. I blocked so many of their numbers.

Can’t find mortgage. Useless company.

Bots lose information and keep asking for it.

Support is not responsive.

Refuse to communicate.

There is no support. App does not work.

Support refuses to answer basic questions. And then they close the issue.

worst changeover to rocket mortgage! you can not speak to a person or get help! the support is as useless as a tit on a boar hog.

Can’t get past first screen

New update. Logged into the app to pay my mortgage and it said it was paid off and wouldn’t let me proceed. The mortgage is not paid off I know it might be due to the transfer but it was a pain to get to the website and it wouldn’t let me sign in or sign up. Finally got in and paid but I prefer to use the app. Please fix it! I did try calling the number it gave but the prompts took me in circles. Rocket says I should still be able to pay thru the Mr Cooper app. If this is no longer the case, say so.

Far Better Than New Rocket App

This app usability, structure, etc. are extremely superior to the new Rocket Mortgage app that we are forced to download and use now. There is no way to download or even save documents or tax statements, the organization is lacking, it is very much bare bones in comparison to the Cooper app. Making escrow payments and the app view are extremely outdated. Bring back MR COOPER APP!

Blocking me from seeing my statement

This app is terrible. It won’t let me see my historical statements and is forcing me to go to rocket mortgage.

Mortgage Transfer

Communication online and with a agent is almost Non existent - Once you get off the merry go round of repeated phone prompts - Agents seem to not know what’s going on. One could not see what was on my app. - Currently in Mortgage Transfer Limbo - Still can’t speak to my assigned Agent Polly Schumacher.

Most annoying app

Trying to pay my bill and the damn app is painful to get logged into

Fix bugs

I used the chat option because it’s so hard to get through and speak to an actual representative. While I’m typing replying back to the rep, the “Are you still there?” box pops up. Several times during an active chat while I’m typing. Also the app has logged me off a few times while I’m typing.

What’s up

Not working. Can no longer login when you try to reset your password. It doesn’t recognize the new password and you just keep doing that over and over so the app is pretty much useless. I try to do the same thing on the website so it must be the merge with Rocket that is causing this mass destruction of insanity.

Can Never Log In

After changing my password multiple times, I still cannot log in. I have tried both manually typing in the password I just made the account to be and using the credential autofill, and neither have worked. Let me pay my bill.

Doesn’t work!

Was great but since the takeover it is terrible

The app used to be great but since Rocket Mortgage took over it is absolutely horrible. Once RM took over it wiped all my credentials off the app, that was the first payment now on the second payment could not get logged in again, using the same user and password finally let me in. The pages would not load even on home WiFi with full strength finally kicked me out and would not reload while other banking apps work fine. I absolutely hate the merger and hate RM. when loans get sold the customer should have a 30 day grace period to reject the sell and take their loan somewhere else without penalty. And another thing STOP with all the mail, you would save a ton of money if you cut down on all the junk mail you send out.

Logging in is horrible

My password never works and when I reset it is not recognized and then I get locked out. Once I am able to get in the next month when I log in it is the same thing every single month. I mean I understand being secure but this system is terrible. I may go back to old school mailing in payments because this system is so difficult.

Payment

The way they are sorting the payment dates and principal payments is a real pain. The way they used to have it great. But now you have to search for everything go back to the way you had it sorted before by date donkeys.
