Measurements make no sense

Always hesitant to purchase online, was looking at a terry polo shirt from sunspel that somehow has smaller measurements on the XL than the L which I would imagine is not accurate.

All sorts of issues

Frequently, upon clicking on any link on the homepage, No Items Found comes on screen. Doesn’t matter which link you click on homepage.

Couple of months back, the prices on app were different than if you open the website on a browser. I got more discount using website on a browser.

The favourite list has limitations to the number of favourites one can save. It won’t save and give you an error but won’t suggest if you should create a new favourite list. Why can’t the list be long enough in the first place.

The prices should not be different between platforms as we are using a common back end. Manage your favourite designer does not have a limitation on the number of favourite brands you can save on the native app then shop items only from these favourites. Collection is fantastic and I’m not a millionaire but I enjoyed to original ui with the ability to customize the search in detail and it felt like a smoother experience before, love the app I’m sure the people are great too but solely the sales process should be seamless
