Delayed Shipping and No Customer Service
Website says orders arrive in five business days, but after four business days the item hadn’t even been shipped yet. No customer service other than AI agent.

No update on the status of my order for 1 whole week.
Not refund for flawed item
They sent me a 800$ jacked flawed and they kept me in a never ending email loop but ultimately no refund has been issued.

Just updated app. Scrolling is extremely jerky (iPad Pro M4 running iOS 26.4). Not using till fixed

Collection is fantastic and I’m not a millionaire but I enjoyed to original ui with the ability to customize the search in detail and it felt like a smoother experience before, love the app I’m sure the people are great too but solely the sales process should be seamless

Price
They’re just normal looking clothes but instead of $30 you pay $130 for a plain white shirt. Not in this economy. Was going to be 1 star but can’t beat the interface.
Inept operations
I was sent a pair of shoes that had a huge rip down the side. Impossible to miss. The leather had completely come away from the sole. They don’t bother to check the item before dispatch. Then when I had to raise an issue, I had to do it via the website. I couldn’t find a chat function on the app. App is useless. Dispatch and quality control is completely nonexistent. Mr Porter gave a refund in the end after lots of hassle. Huge waste of time which could have been avoided if someone just opens a box and checks the product before dispatch. I suspect they automated so much of the process this doesn’t happen.
