First time ordering
Placed an order for one day shipping on multiple items. I was leaving for a trip the following day. One item that was supposed to be delivered on Friday was scheduled for Monday delivery. The same item different size was scheduled to arrive 3-5 days later. No communication to tell me this is the real offense. Customer service was not great and English wasn’t their first language so a 2 minute conversation turned into a 20min.

Measurements make no sense
Always hesitant to purchase online, was looking at a terry polo shirt from sunspel that somehow has smaller measurements on the XL than the L which I would imagine is not accurate.
Needs update
App keeps logging me out. Has error message when I try to view past orders.
All sorts of issues
Frequently, upon clicking on any link on the homepage, No Items Found comes on screen. Doesn’t matter which link you click on homepage.
Couple of months back, the prices on app were different than if you open the website on a browser. I got more discount using website on a browser.
The favourite list has limitations to the number of favourites one can save. It won’t save and give you an error but won’t suggest if you should create a new favourite list. Why can’t the list be long enough in the first place.

Fix your app
I need to delete the app all the time. It doesn’t recognize the password and or user.
