App freezing
For the past few days the app has been freezing when you scroll down and try to see the transactions.

No app scan and shop for groceries
I used to find it very easy to navigate through my local M&S store, using my phone for both my shopping list and to scan the shopping as I was going on the app. M&S have now removed that feature, which is really strange as other supermarkets like Waitrose and Sainsbury’s support it. It’s now really cumbersome to hold my phone to look at my list, pick up the scanner, try to scan something and not drop either phone or scanner in the process. Makes it very inefficient to shop in M&S now and am shopping elsewhere more frequently as a result.
Also, I use gift cards that I save to my account and there’s no way to delete old cards with 0 balance. So I have to scroll through 20+ expired cards to find the latest.
Really bizarre usability decisions on both fronts!

Excellent online ordering
I have used the App a few times to order items online especially when I need something quickly. I always find the App easy to navigate.
