Kicks me out
Terrible app. I would have to log back in multiple times a day. It didn’t have all the information I wanted and It was confusing. I felt confused most of the trip and then defeated when the app wouldn’t function properly. Sometimes I would try to log back in with my info and it would say it was being used by someone else and couldn’t do it.

MSC Seesscape
This is my favorite cruise line and ship. This is my 3rd trip in a little less than a year. Amazing staff and super clean ship. Very modern. I brought my 10 year old grandson on a cruise on the seascape this past summer and he LOVED it. So much for kids to do. I am so excited to be in the yacht club this time!!!!! It will be your favorite as well.

The Best
The people on this ship are the best people I’ve ever been around! They go above and beyond what is expected!! I’m blown away with how personal these guys and gals are !!! I’ll always be back and NEVER cruise anywhere else !!
App runs horribly
Whoever was in charge of developing this app needs to be fired, it runs extremely slow and it crashes every chance it gets, needs to be redesigned.

This app is not user friendly and won’t link my cruise. It’s telling me to call them despite having already registered and logged info months ago.

I think the app should show us how many drinks we have used or got left, so you can keep a check on it on your app.

Wonderful experience. Great food. Wonderful and friendly staff all around! Great little casino. All good. Will do again!!
Adding new cruise to app
The ONLY issue i have with this app is i can NEVER add new cruises to it without deleting the app and logging back in. Other than that the app is great!
Check in on the app
I first started with scanning my passport but I did find it confusing as to what they meant by scan cover . After a few attempts I chose enter manually which was easy and quick( under a minute).
Atualização horrível
Após a atualização do aplicativo, não consigo mais inserir mais de um cruzeiro na minha conta. Para conseguir visualizar os diferentes cruzeiros que irei fazer, preciso ficar saindo e entrando novamente no aplicativo. Isso é bastante inconveniente e dificulta muito o acompanhamento da minha viagem. Espero que a MSC corrija esse problema e permita novamente cadastrar e visualizar todos os cruzeiros na mesma conta.
