Lost luggage
The ship is nice and everything but I lost a luggage not good at all I had a bunch of things in there. MSC FIX YOUR LUGGAGE SERVICE!

My husband and I went to Cruise a few monta ago and we loved! This MSC PEOPLE AND SERVICE!
Clunky, slow, lacking features and non-intuitive
Use the web instead its better but far from ideal.. or book on one of the American cruise lines who seem to prioritise there app usability over looks.
