No bus found
Very disappointing experience with the MSRTC app. The app frequently shows “No Bus Found” even when buses are available on the route. Search results are inconsistent, and booking becomes difficult due to technical issues. The user interface needs improvement, and real-time bus availability should be more accurate. Kindly fix these issues and improve app performance for a better passenger experience.

Money not refunded
Totally worst app this is, i paid for tickets and money deducted from account and still it is showing in failed ticket. This happened with me many times and money also not refunded.

I tried to book ticket from Nashik to Pune multiple times my money got debited from my bank account but ticket booking was failed. I didn’t get the refund customer care do not receive the call. Please can someone help me with my refund?
Slow but useful
It is just a basic app. The idea is useful, no doubt, but the working of app could be a much better.
Payment Deducted but Ticket Not Booked (Multiple Times)
I tried booking tickets through the app, but the amount was deducted from my account while the ticket was not booked. This issue has occurred three times in the last two days. No booking confirmation was received, and the tickets are not showing in my booking history.
Worst App Ever
This is by far the worst app I have ever used, I made the payment twice and even though the money was debited from account, my ticket was never confirmed, no tickets were booked despite successful transactions. I strongly advise others to not to book tickets through this app, an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience.

Bogus app
One of the mot bakwas app i have ever seen, since last 45 mins i am trying to book a ticket and there are no options for payments and which are there not working…you cannot even hire a good developer to develop this basic application..what we expect form MH govt

The new update of this app is very bad. I am not able to book my ticket. Every time I try to book, the booking fails but my money gets debited. This is very frustrating. Please fix this issue as soon as possible and improve the app. It is very difficult for users to book tickets after this update.

Very informative and easy app for booking and tracking bus location.
Poor interface
Keeps saying Check Connection when every other app works absolutely fine on WiFi. Never using this again. Whatever results are put, says not found.. Please delete the app and save yourself from disgrace - the developers should be taken to task for this 8th wonder of the world..

The main problem is when I call to helpline number, they give me the another number of the regional depot and it doesn’t work. It says always that the subscription is busy. My experience with this service is so bad.
The interface is confusing and not user-friendly, and the functionality provided does not meet even basic expectations. Despite its intended purpose, the app feels incomplete and poorly maintained.
Overall, the MSC RT app offers very little practical value and requires major improvements in performance, usability, and reliability. Until significant updates are made, it cannot be recommended.

Continuously display error “Please check your connection.” for 5 mins then bus stop populated.
If the bus stop location will show in map and also find any location distance from any stop then it is very useful for travelers.

I tried to book a ticket from Nashik to Pune completed payment then app just displayed popup, something went wrong, now ticket is displayed as failed, status is refund not required, called customer care 10 to 15 times they haven’t picked the call, my money deducted from account and refund is also not given

Maharashtra bad service
Do not book bus through this app. They do not send you any driver's contact number, no exact location for bus stop, no vehicle number. There is no way you are able to find the bus stop. You end up calling their helpline number which is again waste of time as they are not helpful. I missed my bus and wasted a lot of time and money and it was a very frustrating experience . My bus time is 7:15 and they called me at 8:45 pm and simplay saying you are coming or not what kind of rude it is . Time waste money waste and bonus prestation. Don’t book in this app

MSRTC Bus Reaches Gujarat — Booking Should Too!
Good app overall, but why can’t we book tickets for routes that go beyond Maharashtra? If the MSRTC bus itself is going from Maharashtra to Ahmedabad (Gujarat), we should be able to book seats between the Gujarat stops too! Please enable interstate booking — it’ll make travel much smoother and user-friendly.
