I have tried to reset my password for hours! I cannot find a way to get help. It is disappointing and frustrating to say the least. Really wanted to try this product.

I’m new to using the Classic Hair Solution. I hardly ever see reviews on this particular product. I would like other user’s advice on the serum before I renew my order. I’m not feeling too positive about the results I’m having.

eAssistant AI issues
I’m new to the app, but so far the eAssistant bot is useless. It keeps sending me to the Get Help section which is for product and account issues, and is not helpful for app issues.

Navigation is smooth and obvious. Experience is made to be professional and also fun.
Confusing and no real help
Everything is AI. No real people to answer questions and help. I get generic answers for specific questions. I get more answers from other consumers posting. This seems like a scam. My first cream arrived and bottle shows only 25 doses. It supposed to be enough for two months!

I have tried multiple platforms to set up an account with Musely. I guess Im just stupid cause every time i go to create an account all it gives me is the option to to log in. What am I missing??

Simple App
The Musely app is easy to navigate with activities to help you along in your journey. People are able to chart and record their progress with photos taken. Also daily check-ins and help is always just a click away. Great app.
Slow progress
The spot cream has helped, not as much as I would like but I can start to see the difference after 45 days. Consistency is the key😜
