Scanner broken, couldn’t use audio guide
Didn’t work after paying for an audio guide with the Galata tower. Couldn’t scan the QR code. Just kept getting error messages. Scanner on camera worked with other apps/QR codes so definitely an app problem.
Only for Turkish citizens and residents
Everywhere we go we are told to download this app by the people at the ticket office. I’m sure it’s very good, but you can’t actually access it without a Turkish ID number. After contacting the help desk they informed me it is only for Turkish citizens

I had really bad experience with your app I couldn’t listen to any of the audios except one after that everything stopped working. I tried many times the internet is only 3G nothing wants to load.

Waste of money
No wifi to download with. Even if you get the app downloaded the application says “no data found!”

you never able to download all ep for the tour, and you cant pre-download them

В аудиогиде Аспендуса 4 последних аудиозаписи одинаковые, исправьте, пожалуйста ошибку для следующих потребителей. Еще интересный факт: почему на русском и испанском бот - переводчик, а на Английском будто сам Зевс читает как сказкоплет 😅

There are no internet available on Topkapi Palace, where you need this app. There is some “free WiFi”but it doesn’t work either. It is impossible to download the app without WiFi. Even when you able to download it in the hotel you cannot user because it require Turkish phone and TKN. Absolutely terrible experience

Aldık müze kartı internetten, geldik Galata Kulesine. Sıradayız, güneş tepemizde. Bayram, 5 yaşında çocuk elimizde, “Sistem Arıza”lıymış. Uygulamada çalışmıyor, giriş kartı oluşturmuyor. Ne diye yaptınız o zaman uygulamayı? Bilet al bin???

Hesap yaratmak işkence gibi. Captcha’yı tanımıyor, kimlik bilgilerini ancak ismimin tamamını büyük harfle yazınca anladı!!! Sürekli timeout veriyor.

Nice app for Turks. No descriptions of the sites available in English. Since non-Turkish residents in Türkiye are now no longer eligible for the Müze Kart, I suppose this makes sense. What a shame TR has further reduced the status of non Turkish residents in this fantastic country.
