For a tech-first company with great quality products, the customer service via the app as well as the chat function can be drastically improved. Waited online in the chat for over an hour and then it just crashed đźš«

Technical team unaware / unwilling / unable to address the issues. So odd that they are so incompetent!

Payment button unresponsive
This app has potential but it’s glitchy. I’m trying to change from monthly “cash” payments to debit order. I enter all details and then press the “pay” button or whatever and it does nothing… tried multiple times. I can’t get any luck either on a web browser.
APP does not work
This app is terrible, you cannot get any billing information, even billing on the website does not work. What is the point of having online tools that do not work and cannot provide the information you require. Billing is supposed to be available on the 10th of the month, however not there. No customer focus and a total waste of time.

The app is useless if usage details do not update.

Website far better than App
So hate the app. Trying to see your usage was so easy on the website but on the app you have no clue what you have used and what is available …….. so confusing. Obviously whoever designed the usage indicators, never uses them.
