I’m well with MWell
I was able to visit Novaliches high school with MWell and the app does such a good job of not only implementing the children’s physical health but also prioritizing mental health. Thru bio metrics such as sleep, weight, etc. excited to keep using this app to track my health!
Game changer
I’ve been using the mWell app for a while now, and I can honestly say it’s a game-changer when it comes to healthcare access in the Philippines. From online doctor consultations to booking lab tests and even getting fitness and wellness tips—everything is just a few taps away!
Frustrating first-time experience
I tried to book a consultation with a doctor (forgot his name), processed the payment and waited. However, an error messaged popped up in the app says that the request cannot be processed and it also told me I have to choose another doctor. When I am trying to choose another one, it asked me to pay for another consultation fee. I was wondering what happened to the 500php that I paid initially to the first doctor I tried to reach out and asked their support for a refund because I wasn’t checked by the doctor nor even messaged me to reschedule or what.
Their support team never replied me back on how to resolve the refund issue and up until now, I never heard anything back from them. It is a frustrating experience for me and won’t ever use this app again for teleconsult.

The tele-consult feature is amazing! I was able to talk to a doctor from home, which saved me a lot of time. The process was smooth and I got my prescription after. It's super convenient for busy ppl like me!

I knew about this app because it was a sponsor of an event I attended. Someone from their team introduced me to the app, so I decided to try it. I really love the mwellness score because I can track my health easily. Also, the teleconsult with a doctor was so helpful. I tried it once when I wasn't feeling well, and the process was super smooth. Got my prescription right away! Definitely would recommend this to busy people.

My Daily Partner to Track My Health
I tried mWell initially for a telenconsult. The price for their Healthsavers Plan is reasonable — I got a free accident insurance. I get to talk to a GP without waiting. The Doctor is friendly, looked professional even while she’s consulting from home. Discovered that they have an mWellness Score. It is connected to my Apple Health, so it helped me get a sense of my health levels on a daily basis. It feels good to see whenever I get a higher score, it meant that I have done the minimum requirement to be healthy, which is a really good start for an office employee like me. I highly recommend this app not only as a teleconsult app but also as a Wellness companion.

5/5 stars! This app makes talking to a doctor very convenient and easy. In just a few clicks, I was able to connect with a doctor and get my prescription. I haven’t tried the medicine delivery feature yet but I will soon!

mWell is a superb medical app. The mWell app provides its customers with a user interface that is rich in features. This app is helpful especially for people who have anxiety problems because there are psychologists and psychiatrists available. Would definitely recommend everyone to use this.
Not following scheduled appointments
I recently had a frustrating experience with the mWell app while trying to schedule a consultation with an ENT doctor for my allergic rhinitis.
I downloaded the app on a Saturday, eager to book an appointment with the soonest available specialist, Dr. Arbizo, who was listed as available at 1:30 pm.
However, at 12:45 pm on the same day, I received a call from an unknown number, which turned out to be from mWell.
They informed me that Dr. Arbizo wasn't actually available at 1:30 pm and asked if we could reschedule for the following day, Sunday, at 8 am 👀
This was frustrating, but I decided to go along as I had already paid upfront through their app.
Furthermore, mWell pushed me to install and create a Viber account because the doctor would call me through that platform, which seemed unnecessary since the call could have been done within their app.
Fast forward to the next day, from 8:00 to 8:05 am, there was no sign of Dr. Arbizo. Instead, I received an email from mWell stating that the doctor had missed the appointment and suggested that I 'process' a refund via email 🤯
In summary, my experience with Dr. Arbizo and mWell left me disappointed and inconvenienced.
For those considering mWell, be cautious, as the doctors on their platform may not be as professional and available as they seem on the app 💀

I can't believe that an app like this exists in the Philippines. It really cares about my health since it offers exercise videos when I'm not sick and it has doctors when I am. Very helpful. I'll recommend everyone to try it.

After downloading the app for an online consultation, I was pleased with its performance. What surprised me even more was discovering its plethora of additional features, such as fitness and nutrition programs. I decided to give one of the recipes a try, and I must say it was not only delicious but also calorie-controlled.
