Annoying In App Review
I have “In-App Ratings & Reviews” disabled in Apple Settings yet AltaFiber continues to ask for a review. I don’t trust when apps skirt around Apple’s settings.

Keeps crushing and doesn’t work at all
App Crash
Having an issue when I open the app, log in, and then right when it loads everything the app crashes.
Tried reinstalling the app but the issue persists.

Keeps crashing
App no longer crashes on launch, but a new problem:
When viewing frequently ask questions, the spinning wheel and loading topics never goes away and you can’t click on anything.

Viewing PDFs? It crashes.

I’m not sure who decided to use claude to vibe code an app that processes payments but that was totally an awesome decision and it’s not annoying at all that an entire 1/3 of the app just doesn’t work. Try to view your bill? ooooh sorry actually the app is going to crash every single time without fail. Great work guys

App won’t stop force closing every time I try to open it to pay my bill

App used to work very well now as soon as I login the app will immediately close.

I have been trying for over a week to pay my Altafiber bill using the app. I have deleted the app and reinstalled it, I have hard reset my phone. Nothing has worked. The app will no longer work for me.
