Can’t select medical plans on the app. And the website shows the wrong plan selected with no option to change it

Customer service

Most unresponsive customer service I’ve ever seen! I’m sitting here deathly Ill unable to get my doctors note. I have nothing else to say other then what gives you the human decency to not care at all. If your system is down you might have well cost me my job. Could have just let me know not to have wasted my time. I know your phones are not down and you can apparently ignore me. I’m so sorry you have the privilege to do that.

Internal server error

I can’t log into Teladoc from this app because it keeps coming up with Internal server error. I’m supposed to get free Teladoc consultations but had to pay because I couldn’t access it from here and had to do it from their app.

Excellent customer service and health care

I had trouble logging on to Teladoc, so I called the 855 number on the back of my card. The man assisting me was professional, friendly, as well as helpful. There was a survey/review of his service after my call with him, but the survey wasn’t working correctly. I wanted to give him a good review.
The doctor was professional, personable, and knowledgeable about my illness. I appreciate this service, because when you’re sick, it is not always possible to leave home.

Has not been working since day 1

I have tried multiple times to request a consult and it just keeps telling me online registration is not available at this time. Whole thing is useless.

Went to the site for Pet Rx. Can get it anywhere for less than the 25% discounted price!!

The app is not working. At all

The app crashed on me when setting up Teledoc info. And now it’s stuck on my registering info and I’m not able to do anything in the app.

Everything in one

I love having access to all my benefits and discounts in one place, much simpler to only deal with one app and login! Easy to use and the My Wallet function is especially helpful to access card info quickly.

Outstanding Service

I’ve used this service on many occasions - I had high blood sugar on my way to the gym - I scheduled appointment and had medicine waiting before I got out the gym

It certainly looks like a scam

I made a mistake of signing up for a month “ free trial” which come to think of it could be the best phishing scam cover ever! I have a feeling I will be asking Visa to cancel my credit card.
The service I signed up for is called Ondoc which is evidently different from a Google search result called “call on Doc”.

I have no experience good or bad or indifferent with “Call on Doc”

Scam App

It’s a scam app that’s buggy doesn’t work that prompts you to call a 800 number that’s just a marketing scheme. Don’t waste your time.
