I purchased rhythm and they switched up the plan. After I already purchased it. Then they told me they would send me my other aligners and still haven't sent them to me. It's been over a year. They only sent me half of them to start, but I paid for all of them up front. Still waiting over a year!!

Bad Customer Service

I went through the entire process and just need them to send me my retainers and I have emailed them probably ten times and they just keep saying we will review this information and get back to you. It’s been MONTHS and my teeth are moving and they owe me my retainers I paid for them.

Can’t get my retainers orders - can’t get customer service. I can log into my account but just get stuck in an endless loop trying order my new retainers. Been on this program for 3 years and all of a sudden I am ghosted???
