My Challenge
It was not apparent to me until I signed up that the charge for the selected plan is a recurring charge. Although I cancelled immediately their no refund policy must be looked at before you commit. There are other plans and apps that are just as useful at no cost.

I canceled my subscription months ago and randomly got charged $120. Mind you one subscription is $39.99 and I got charged three separate times in one day. I reached to the customer service email and I am just getting the run around. It’s always “we are sending this to one of our specialists” only to have to restart the entire process again. Im stuck in limbo right now trying to get my money back. Do not use this app. They make it so difficult to cancel your subscription and charge you randomly. There are many other places to get meal advice from. THIS APP IS NOT IT. 10/10 would never recommend.

Lots of bugs
I like the app, but I’m finding a lot of bugs with it. The calories aren’t tracking properly. I’m using the exercise portion and that is not tracking at all. Also on the exercises, it’s very difficult to follow because there are no voice or sound cues when an exercise is going to begin our end. It’s too difficult to keep staring at the screen and trying to do the exercises.

Scam
This is the absolute worst app to get a plan, on top of all the charges, when I trier cancelling the app they continued to take the money out of my account monthly. Its been three months of fighting to get this cancelled!!!! Do not get this app this is a scam!!!!!!!

Customer Service
I got a 3 month free trial and within the first day trying it- I realized it just wasn’t for me. It’s a great app but it just wasn’t what I was looking for. I should’ve cancelled right then and there but I didn’t and I had completely forgotten about it until I just got charged today. Naturally, losing $80 on something I never used was a hard pill to swallow. I contacted customer service and they were nice enough to offer a 20% goodwill refund. I tried to get a full refund and they were very understanding and even though it’s against their guidelines- they went higher and offered a 50% refund.
That’s extremely generous considering it was my fault. They honestly didn’t have to offer any refund at all. So even though I still have to lose $40, I’m very grateful to get anything back at all.
This whole process took 10 minutes. Their customer service is quick and understanding and I’m very thankful to be dealing with such a good company.

They are a deceptive group, be very careful as they will sign you up for automatic payment, and if your not on top they will just keep taking your money, even if you never use the service.

I subscribe in 2024. Canceled and resounding now that they’re still charging me despite I canceled my subscription. Can not reach them off course , stay out!

If charges are still occurring, this may indicate that the subscription is linked to a different account, email address, platform, or a separate add-on product that remains active. This is not a reputable company Bait & Switch while subscribing they continue to offer “ add on’s” what you get is nothing until you pay more! When asked for a refund instead of my initial $ 30. They return $7. This is totally wrong

I emailed to cancel the membership which was presented as a “cheap trial.” Never heard back, assumed it was canceled, then got charged again. They claim it’s “made clear” in the checkout process, but if tons of people have the same complaint, MAYBE, just MAYBE it isn’t. Also, if it were reputable, there would be clear directions on canceling, etc. instead of having to file through PayPal, etc.

Scam and impossible to cancel
Don’t download this app. It’s not useful at all. It’s just anything else you can find on the Internet. They also make it really impossible to cancel before the seven days. I tried and I still was charged for three months before I caught it and spent an entire morning trying to contact customer service to have it resolved.

No way to cancel and No answers from support!
Tried to cancel multiple times. I tried to cancel right after I signed up because I realized what I thought I was getting isn’t what I did. My fault for not reading the fine print. Go to cancel it won’t let me until renewal date. I go now to cancel and it won’t let me. My account is “past due”. Even thought my next billing date is the day after I am writing this. There is no such thing as support, I have emailed multiple times and have had zero response. At this point I am flagging the payments as fraud with my bank!

Adds subscriptions
I tried this app with the plan for 3 days and found it to be ok. I canceled my trial to prevent and the automatic renewal transaction that was automatically set up. I received the cancellation notice and assumed I was good.
Two months later I found out there was a third subscription for their AI fitness coach. They charged my account $99.99. I had no way of know in about this subscription. I found no way to cancel the subscription. I went back into my account and was unable to locate the AI Coach subscription.
I contacted support and they canceled it for me. They then tell me they can refund my money because it was a digital transaction. They are scamming people and this is highly unethical. I’m still fighting to get my money back they stole.
