They are a deceptive group, be very careful as they will sign you up for automatic payment, and if your not on top they will just keep taking your money, even if you never use the service.

I emailed to cancel the membership which was presented as a “cheap trial.” Never heard back, assumed it was canceled, then got charged again. They claim it’s “made clear” in the checkout process, but if tons of people have the same complaint, MAYBE, just MAYBE it isn’t. Also, if it were reputable, there would be clear directions on canceling, etc. instead of having to file through PayPal, etc.

Scam and impossible to cancel
Don’t download this app. It’s not useful at all. It’s just anything else you can find on the Internet. They also make it really impossible to cancel before the seven days. I tried and I still was charged for three months before I caught it and spent an entire morning trying to contact customer service to have it resolved.

No way to cancel and No answers from support!
Tried to cancel multiple times. I tried to cancel right after I signed up because I realized what I thought I was getting isn’t what I did. My fault for not reading the fine print. Go to cancel it won’t let me until renewal date. I go now to cancel and it won’t let me. My account is “past due”. Even thought my next billing date is the day after I am writing this. There is no such thing as support, I have emailed multiple times and have had zero response. At this point I am flagging the payments as fraud with my bank!

Adds subscriptions
I tried this app with the plan for 3 days and found it to be ok. I canceled my trial to prevent and the automatic renewal transaction that was automatically set up. I received the cancellation notice and assumed I was good.
Two months later I found out there was a third subscription for their AI fitness coach. They charged my account $99.99. I had no way of know in about this subscription. I found no way to cancel the subscription. I went back into my account and was unable to locate the AI Coach subscription.
I contacted support and they canceled it for me. They then tell me they can refund my money because it was a digital transaction. They are scamming people and this is highly unethical. I’m still fighting to get my money back they stole.

This is without a doubt the best ‘diet’ I have ever followed! The meals are very quick to prepare (which is great when you’re very busy) & extremely tasty & healthy! I have not felt as good as I do now for years. (I’m 50). Cutting out sugar has gotten rid of all of my aches and pains & up to now, in 7 weeks I have lost 20lbs. I’d recommend it to anyone! Don’t doubt it, try it!

I cancelled my subscription while it has 6 week left. It said I could use it until the subscription was done. The protein levels are in correct. For instance 2 chicken wings do not have over 20 grams of protein. There is no way to account for fasting days. The meal plans is very expensive.
I want my money back at least for the six or so weeks I have left. But since I cannot get into my account - it is blocked- I guess I will not get it.

I downloaded the app to look and they kept charging me 2 separate times a month. I didn’t notice for several months, finally my bank called about suspicious activity on my account.

Predatory subscription
My experience with this company was less than spectacular. Apparently, when logging into this website automatically subscribed with no confirmation of billing months later I received an another fee of $80 saying that my subscription has been extended which I did not authorize. When contacting customer service no account could be found because I never signed up for one. The service person told me there was nothing they could do about the charge and that I needed to log into the website to make any changes. Upon signing in and creating a new account HR to charge me again. Very deceptive and predatory and nearly impossible to get removed.

Do not buy this app unless you want them to keep taking money out of your account. The app does not appear in your subscriptions so there is no way to cancel app
Don’t buy it
They will keep charging you even if you buy only a week or a month. And then only refund a fraction of what they took beyond your agreement. Get your keto info and challenges from somewhere other than an AI generated and run app. That’s all this is. And I learned the hard way. I’m expecting either a fluffy response or this comment will be deleted. If it stays, I hope whoever is thinking about it to really think twice. And educate yourselves on the slew of AI created and automated businesses that do nothing but rehash everything that’s already out there for free.
